Is this N/A (not turbo)? You aren't going to really gain anything.
Which version of the Ultimate do you have? Any modules?
Try reading my hundred or so posts about the E-Manage on this site.

So, what is it you want to do?
Which harness did you use? What is wired and how?

I used the harness that came with the emanage, just plug and play no changes to it.I was reading about the APV wire modification,i think i have the same cable from greddy do you think that i have to do the same mod to it,while i was tunning it was running rich as a pig at that rpm(6000). I just started to play with with my 8,it is really frustrating sometimes, every pass at the dyno so far hes just stay there and looked at me like saying just got you again, and it is hard as hell to tunne this car to free even 2 Hp.Still reading post everywhere about emanage and rx8 but i am not an experimented tunner and the rx8 is winning.Even my frien whos helping me is frustrated ,he has tunned a couple of cars and 1 Turbo rx8.Any good map that i can start to tunne my car or you recommend to start from scratch by myself?

Well, if you have the upgrade harness, it does some interesting things to the SSV and the APV.
You will want to un-wire those.
Then, you have to check your setup.
Can you send me your current E-Mange file (the .EM2 file for your current calibration)?
