Anyone know what quesitons I should ask when buying a rebuilt motor that has never been used? The motor was turned by hand and had WD40 sprayed on it once in a while. Something like that. I was told oil seals would be a concern.

how long has it been sitting andy?

odds are if its never been used, and its been rebuilt by a real rebuilder, then it really should be fine, if its never been run the seals havent even had a chance to seat themselves
