I just got an idea,,, what about KOBE in WhiteMarsh, its has awesome Sushi, awesome Hibache, great parking lots, and has a couple resturants around it that have bars, like Red Brick station, and being in the Avenue, it has a movie theatre and plenty of shopping if anyone want s to hang around and catch a movie or something, its also irght off the highway for all the outta staters,,,,

Greg how far is Kobe from the park n ride. I was just thinking of a good 20-30 minute caravan drive to close out the year. But since its so close to the highways it would be easier for the others to head home.

Yeah that could've ended really badly, perhaps next time we see some a-hole trying to act cool, I did want somewhat of a caravan, but WhiteMarsh would make out of staters find their way much easier *nods nods* Oh dilemmas.

Are there any good photo op locations at either place?

 

Going out of baltimore we can get good pictures while driving in the Harbor tunnel. Everyones car would look good in there . A part of the tunnel filled with rx8s would be pretty cool.

I'm not very familar with White marsh so that would be a question for Greg if there is any place we can go for a photo op location.

 

its litereally 1 min away from the park n ride, you know how that hill dips down before you bank right to get into the park n ride, if you were to go straight its another two lights, not even a half mile,,, As for photo op its not scenic but theres a mall and the Avenue where we could take pics, big freakin parking lot,,,

What hapened to you guys in the caravan, I was so far back trying to conserve gas till we got outta Jersey,,,

I'm sure we could line up a nice shot in the mall parking lot. I think this may come down to a vote of some sort....speaking of which, where the crap is rory, he's usually posted about 50 posts by now o,O

 

Lets make a vote for so we can make a solid decision on the restaurant. We need everyone from NJ, PA, DE, NY to help with this decision since you guys will be driving the most.




1. Everyone meet at one location.



2. Everyone meet at White Marsh park n ride and have a huge caravan to the restaurant for another 15-20minute drive.

I really think its gonna come down to the weather gotta remember its not summer anymore, 5pm in Nov is already dark, and cold, and who knows rainy slushy etc,,, if this was in the middle of the summer I would be all for a huge caravan and extra drive and big photo ops... If the weather is all shitty and we still ahve the meet hell I might not even show,,,
Im not against Adams ideas but I think the further North it is the better, Im even up for Sakura in Bel Air, which would cut another 20 mins off the trip for all the outta staters,,,

If Bel Air is better for everyone then I say we do that. We need the NJ and NY people to let us know what works best for them.

Bel Air.....oh dude, that's stretching it for me to make it considering I'm moving that day. It's cool though, If I can't make it then, I'll just bug ppls from MD and have a hangout night sometime, not necessarily a meet, but just a chilling with friends...Rory, we may have to take a rain check on that birthday drink ;p

 

We don't have to do Bel Air. It makes no difference to me, so the people it would affect need to speak up!

 

Im in Morganhole so White Marsh is 3h30m away which is too much for me... I say pick two or three places and whichever can net the most people go with that one.

We are still trying to pick a spot for the meet. Emart if you can do Bel air you could probably do White Marsh also. Its only 20mile difference.
