Talking Gas Price Wars!

Attention Hampton Roads, Virginia area RX-8 owners:

The Wawa at the corner of Warwick Blvd. and Beechmont Dr. has regular unleaded gas at $1.46 a gal.

Whooo Hoooo!

Ever since they opened here in Denbigh last Thursday there has been a price war going on with the 2 year old Exxon "On The Run" station accross the street!

They opened on Thursday with gas listed at $1.63 a gal. and dropped over 10 cents a gallon yesterday alone.

Ahh the merits of competition!

Gas here in Vancouver Canada is about 73 cents a litre right now... very cheap as well...

Looks like it might be a global thing...

When our Wawa opened on Lynnhaven Pkwy in Va Beach, they were dirt cheap for a month or so. Now they're low-middle in price. Enjoy it while ya can!

OT: A WAWA world wouldn't be a bad one. I grew up in Delaware, tons of wawas. In Boston now and I really miss them. Where else can you get gas, FRESH subs/deli, Tastykakes, and ****... er car mags? GO WAWA!

Oh also, during my highschool stoner years, wawa was an absolute necessity, hehe munchies and rolling papers.... ah for simpler times
