we used to try to organize some meets in CT but as those of you trying to put them together more recently have found, it's like pulling teeth to get people in CT to meet up. each of the ones we organized had maybe two or three people show up and then even interest fizzled out. this year has been really busy for me with work and family but hopefully it will slow up starting in june and maybe i can catch some of your meets if we can get some organized.

 

Yea, it is a bit difficult. Everyone in CT is always busy. I'm surprised I am free at all this year.

I had the shortest notice business trip come up on Apr 28th (left the 29th) and just got back to CT today (plus had NO computer the whole month.....that just SUCKS). I see some activity going on in this thread and thats cool. Let me know whats goin on, think the next few weekends should be clear for me

And.....anyone know a GREAT detaling place, since I've been away from the 8 for so long, wanted to treat her to a day at the spa, and maybe get some tints put on her for good luck??? Pref near Norwich or New Haven??

Hey is anyone cruising down to the OCC meet on Saturday? Im trying to get a cruise together and I wasnt sure if there was one already. So far the plan is to meet at the Starbucks parking lot off exit 2 of 84 in Danbury at 8:30, and to leave at 9. Anyone interested?

 

I'm going to the OCC event. Idk who is meeting up at exit 15 and exit 11, I think there are a few people that wanted to meet up there. I'm down to meet you at exit 2 and take the trip. I'm looking forward to Saturday. I might go to the Formula D event too. If not I'll just go to the HIN show in July.

 

Just a last minute reminder I'll be at the star bucks parking lot off exit 2 from 8:30 to 9 if anyone wants to meet up to cruise down. I have a ti grey 8 on enkei wheels so you know who to look for.

Thursday nights around 7pm at the Starbucks on the Post Road in Milford/Orange...My Buddies meets with his G35 friends there...usually a small get together, but there also 350z's...I'm bringing my RX-8 Thursday (July 1st) if anyone wants to join!

 

Some of the people from mazdas247 put together bi-weekly meets in Danbury, im not positive but there might be one next week, I can keep you posted, a few 8's usually show.

Avanti, we're all on mazdas247.com as the meets gather more people. We tried to post meets on here but not to many people showed up. The last time a meet was put up on here there were just 4 rxs. Me, Jesse, Seth, and FOG. Me and Jesse go to the Mazdas247 site for meets or we just go to AutoXs and chill there. PM me if you want to meet up at the next meet, which should be this Wednesday. It'd be nice to get more RXs to go.
