Yea, I'm down for Wednesday. Fog, if you're back this weekend, there is an AutoX Sunday we should hit up again. Everyone is more than welcome to come join. We always have fun.

Yea, Coldstone at 8PM. If anyone is comming late and they don't see our cars there, we more than likely went to UNO's at the mall and are by the bar. It would be nice to see some RX-8s.

Yea I'm definitely down as long as I can leave around 3. I've convinced my friend to come check it out, she has a c4 corvette, Im trying to convince her to race it. How much does it cost to go, and do I need to do/bring anything? Where/when do you want to meet to cruise down?

 

dude, email keith scala, you can find his email at www.fcscc.com. He runs the event and tell him what your schedule is like and he'll help you out with being able to figure something out. It should say how much it is on that site also. Just tell your friend to just drive the course, its fun, and much better than watching. Let me know what Keith says and then we can figure out where to meet up and stuff.

 

Yo Kumar, so I talked to John Livingston, couldn't find email info for Keith, but I think I got everything set up. He said I should get there early (around 8) to get registered and get a work assignment early, so I was planning on leaving pretty early, around 7 or so. My friend lives really close to Outback in Danbury (where we both work) so we could meet there if it's not too out of the way around 7 or so. My family wants to come hang out for the day so we'll be bringing a tent, some chairs, and a bunch of drinks. Anything else I should bring? Let me know if that time and place works.

 

I have a tent myself, and I have a cooler so I'll get some drinks. I have my OEM tire inflation kit, so that should work fine. Jesse and I usually get there for 8 ourselves. We stop off at starbucks in Monroe and go from there. I don't think you need anything else. I can still meet up with you at exit 11 at 7:15 if you want. I normally get into Monroe for 10mins later and we usually have plenty of time to get to Stratford. Everyone registers at the same time anyway, so you'll be in line waiting regardless of how early you get.

so bad news guys motor is F'ed so its rebuild time with ports and lighted rotors and nothing els to do but a supercharger sys. sorry i cant make it out to the meets guys love to but just alot of other stuff going on, but if you guys want im having a BBQ this thus for the rally guys, I have a huge rally this weekend and we will be preping a few cars for this to kick off this fri morning at subbie mods in east hartford let me know if you guys want to swing by Jess seth if you want i can call or call me. others message me if you want my addy to get here

Just wondering if anyone else from my neck of the woods was going, maybe we could cruise it together!!

 

i live in stratford i always want to go but i end up having to do something on sunday when does everyone usually get there ive been there before but just watched i got my gf bday on sunday maybe i can sneak up from new canaan for a few to see

 

There is a meet this Wednesday the 11th at 8PM at Buffalo Wild Wings next to the Danbury Mall if anyone is interested. I will be going there but will be about 45mins late. Let me know.

 

Alright boys and girls. I think we should have a cruise night one weekend. Get a whole bunch of Mazdas and disturb the bloody peace! I know some guys can't come to the Tuesday/Wednesday meets so a weekend cruise would probably work out better. If people are interested let me know, I will try to get as many people from RX-8 club out as I can and if you guys have friends with Mazdas doesn't matter if its an MPV or a B2500 pickup, they can roll. I figure we can go some distance, take pics, chill, that sort of thing. If you are under 21, just tell your parents you have chaperones.

 

Okay guys and girls, another MM dyno day is scheduled for Oct 23 in PA (check the thread https://www.rx8club.com/ne-rx-8-forum-29/limited-mm-dyno-tuning-%40-kdr-10-23-a-203992/)

I'm headin down again, this time to just hang and hopefully get a few dyno pulls, had my car fully tuned by MM at the last one so the dyno runs will be all.

Looks like about 3.5 hours drive from New Haven (via the Tappan Zee, **** the GW bridge, that took waaaay to long last time)

Want to see if we can get a group to represent CT to drive down for the day, you can meet MM and check out some of the mods these guys have done to their cars.

So let me know if anyone is interested in a cool cruise

 

Anyone wanna meet wednesday or thursday? We could meet at buffalo wild wings in danbury on wednesday, or there is apparently a car show going on at OCC in NY on Thursday. Could be a fun cruise. Anyone in?
