Hey everyone! I dream of owning an RX8 one day but currently I drive a Mazda 3 and my husband owns Speed6. Just wanted to let you all know that there is an ALL MAZDA MEET on 3/15 at QS&L in Columbus. Last year there was over 50 Mazda's in attendance! Here's the flyer from my club:

Sounds great on the meet.

Also I would love to see the tuning mentioned @ RX-7store.

Will keep abreast of that one for sure.

Take care,

Bria n

I wasn't sure if I should post the meet info in a new thread or not since I do not own an RX8 but what the heck, we are all family, right?! lol

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have been sick all week with the Flu and now have Bronchitis. I havent been this sick in years

The customer of the RX-8 I will be tuning is anxious to get his car back, which is understandable. I will probably be tuning it on this coming Monday. It will probably be in the morning sometime. I know thats not a good time for a lot of you because of work, but with me being sick, I need to get it done ASAP for the customer. I will post more this weekend and confirm it, so if anyone wants to show up they can.

Thanks
Jason

Hello fellow 8 owners. Just thought I'd drop a line of bio;

2004 Sunlight Silver, 65,000. License plate says "2HARSH". If you see me honk.

Purchased my 8 May 07' and enjoy every moment driving it. This is by far the best overall vehicle I've ever owned. The way this car corners is incredible. Driving down 104S toward Chillicothe is one hell of a ride. I highly suggest it.

Ignition coils, plugs & wires going bad. $800+ from Ricart Mazda. Needless to say I didn't get it fixed. I had them tighten everything to last a few.

I found two OEM packs on ebay and 2 from Mazda-parts.com pretty reasonable. The Plugs and wires from Mazsports. By the way....does anyone have any experience with the NGK aftermarket plugs made for Mazsports? I'd like to know because I ordered them. If not then maybe I can give some feed back when I install them. From everything I've read all over the internet and message boards, this stuff is pretty typical. Well, see you guys later.

I live off of Hubbard Rd. My intersection would be Hubbard & Lakefield. Going toward Broad, Lakefield is just before the hill on the right hand side. Darby Estates I gues is what it's called.

i think it belongs to one of the workers. inside momo, there is a VR Stock (cracked) bumper displayed. Who knows why they would put a dirty thing like that on the counter.

Yep. Pretty close. I finally received my spark plugs & wires this week. I'm waiting on the other two coils w/ bracket. Hopefully they will be here this coming week then this next weekend I'll be installing everything. Coil packs, wires & plugs. I've read the hardest thing is getting the damn air intake system out. Can't wait for that. So this week I'll be cleaning out the garage getting ready for next weekend's project. I actually can't wait to start working on my car. I should've purchased a new air intake system since I'll have the factory one out, but I like to do things the hard way. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

The intake actually isn't all that hard to pull out. Good luck w/ your install.
