We have a couple of other Harrisonburg area members. Come on over to our forum and sign in (I know, another forum?) so I can put you on our email list.

Oh, and there's a terrific weekend down in Danville, VA at VIR this Friday, Saturday and Sunday if you have the weekend free!

I've seen a lot more 8's running around, which one are you? My money is on the red one, which I believe was a Shinka edition

Haha yes I am the red one, but I think there are two in the city. Ones got the spoiler and a girl driving it, i beleive. Im the one without a spiler and a handsome middle easter man behind the wheel haha. Ive seen a Blue one with rims, tint, the whole 9, a silver one with some body damage and couple either black or tit grey.

I'm one of two 09s. I think I saw you the other day crossing Reservoir by the Women's Health Focus, over by Costco.

I've seen the red one with a female driving a bunch. There are a couple around, more then you mentioned, hahah :-). I'll rev if I see you again. also don't be surprised if I follow you.

Next meet is 10/17 at the Lynchburg Mall, Shakers parking lot. I can give you an address if need be for GPS.

I will most likely not make this meet, but we'll see.

yo michael, you know of any good runs through harrisonburg? I just found a real nice one, starting at the end of Vine st onto Old Furnace rd, then at the end, a right on Indian Trail rd, which has ALOT of quick ups and downs, like a ****** roller coaster man. Then right on Keezeltown rd, which is a basic hill run. Old furnace has some real nice 90 degree right and lefts within 500 yards of eachother.

And we were the club to hold the grid flags at the beginning of the race.

This coming Saturday (17th) we will take a casual drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway to catch the changing seasons.

I like driving up the mountain into West Virginia. 33 is an amazing road. You have some great straights through the woods and then the twisty mountain road plus your exhaust echoes through the valleys and off the hills. Great picture spot right at the top as well.

I haven't really found too many twisty roads around that aren't gravel or turn into gravel. There is a couple I know of in Shenandoah County. 211 from New Market up the mountain and through the national park is nice.

Obteene you going to head down to Lynchburg for our meet? It would be nice to caravan down the interstates to the meet. Two is better than One!

BTW, I tried that road you mentioned. It is nice. The dips were nice. I bet that whole road, Indian Trail Lane, is good.

Lots of events to choose from at VIR: VIR track calendar

There's also Summit POint Raceway which should be just a couple hours for you.

Meet #2 for 2010 is going to be a BIG one!! Looking to bring the whole (almost whole) state together in Richmond, VA. Already have drivers from NOVA, Roanoke, Norfolk. We will also welcome officially our "new" Virginian just having arrived from Hawaii. Any guesses?

February 20th ... stay tuned for details. Put it on your calendar now.
