Went for a scenic drive yesterday, took 62 from Hudson all the way out to Barre, then down 122 to Worcester, and jumped on 290 to come home. Saw a nordic green in Berlin, I waved but I don't think he saw me.

That's good driving out that way. If you keep going west you will hit the Quabbin reservoir. It's nice out that way in the spring.

Not me, though i wish I was driving it. Mine is still in storage. waiting for a few good rain storms to get rid of the salt before I take it out.

Blue 8 in Tewksbury?

I have seen a blue 8 in the parking lot at the Ames Pond office park off 133, near 495. Does it belong to anyone on the forum? I now have a blue 8 to match it :-).

Bumping this up since I've recently noticed alot more Mass drivers posting randomly throughout the boards hehehe..

So today as I was leaving work (several shades of pissed off to grr) I seen a Nordic Green 8 MT. Had alot of grocerys in her to lol.. I walked around the car really quick to check her out and in some vain hope the driver would come lol.. but with no luck. Starting to see more 8's slowly around Norwood, seen a red one on Monday at the Citizens Bank around 8'sh on Monday it was far away but I could tell it was a older woman (I am assuming it was over 50 yards away.)

ohhh what up taxachusetts...

im hailing out of weston, just got my '8 a few months ago... it's ti-gray, and im having a realll good time with it...

funny story: before i bought my car, while i was looking at potential cars, i would see RX-8's EVERYWHERE and all the time... then, when i bought my car 3 months ago, i swear every other rx8 dropped off the face of the earth... in the last 3 months, ive seen three rx-8's total... its depressing... come on mass, represent the rotary pride...

on a side note, anyone ever try out wintercross?

We should definitely do a small meet before the snow starts coming down because once it starts it never stops...

Anyone driving their 8 this winter?

I'm driving mine this winter. Gonna swap over to my winter wheels and tires the weekend of Thanksgiving. I'm runn Kazera KZ-R's with Pirelli Snowpsort 210's.

If we wanna have a meet, we can have one in Manchester. We can hit Hooters for lunch and then hit Rt 149 to Hillsboro (45min drive). 149 has some great twisties on freshly paved roads.

Let me know if folks are interested and we can plan this up...

PS I know I'm not from MA, but thought I'd throw something out for a late in the season run...

I'm gonna attempt it once in the snow supposedly my Avon Tyres are pretty good but as ya know holy I have the base model so no Traction Control or anything ><! I have practice driving my Chevy W/T last year with no Traction Control and rear drive car. I'm lucky though there is a T bus stop litteraly 10-20 yards from my house and it drops me off about less than a 1/4 mile from my work easily walkable. I worked to hard and saved to long to be stupid and crash my baby.

Well depending on our age ranges (noticing our ages are definatly varied for this car lol) could either hit up a local bar or roll into Boston to hit up a Night Club haha.

Though I did like but missed the F1 meet up Rotary Amuse threw in Aug. Be great to get something like that going come Spring time like a monthly meet. I wouldnt care if it was with other car groups either.

For the Spring time I'd sooo love to get a Meet & Greet if ya will in Nantasket Beach in Hull. I know it would be far for some of us (a 45min drive for me) but its a decent drive and they've cleaned it up a little bit since last I've been there (dated a girl 10 years ago from there UGH!).

Oh also one more thing.. gonna plant another bug in peoples ear's.. Every year around the 4th of July weekend in CT they have the American LeMans Series race at Lime Rock. They also have the Speed World Challenge tagging along with them. For the past 3 years I keep on missing it due to whatever reason but next year I don't wanna miss it and it would be soooooooo awsome to roll in with a few Rx-8's yanno!? They have a camp ground there on the grounds so I dunno just putting info out there to plant the seeds of plans
