General kid skills:

1. Highly efficient recycling center which doubles as a fertilizer maker.
2. White noise generator.
3. Female attractor (only when it's new and in silent/sleep mode)
4. Door stop

those are only a few benefits i can think of offhand. Though i have very little experience with the device, those are some of the standard features of the kid.

Honestly, I was getting tired of swimming in the sea of bullshit that was around here a little while back so I decided to go sit on the shore for a little while. Hopefully that makes sense.

The daily driver thing isn't even an issue. The thing I love about this intake is that it's only loud when you want it to be. Under normal driving circumstances it sounds damn near stock.

While I see your point regarding the exhaust, it is loads of fun creeping up next to someone, hammering the throttle, and scaring the **** out of them.

The c6c guys are crashing the Winking Lizard in Brunswick I believe it is afterward. We can join them or avoid them like the plague...I am indifferent. I did find out today that I won't be able to make the 22nd event on time...can't get outta workin till 7.

I will be at the TU ride. I am up to meeting anywhere and riding down together.

 

Just meet at DQ at 4:30. We can go somewhere after.

 

Tuners United or something like that. Basically a group of people mixed with people who tune their car for performance and people who rice/pimp out their cars. Put on your nice wheels and some strakes and you'll probably be pimped enough.

Not really my kind of thing but like I said earlier I might swing by since it's down the street from me. I think that's my last Saturday doing anything for a while since the Buckeyes are starting back up so I might be doing something else.

Oh and that DQ is home to the worst maintained putt-putt course in history. I played on it as a kid and it was horrible and I don't think they've done anything to it since.

 

See...and I look at it the other way. "Nobody" rices out Mazda's and "nobody" really pimps them...so we have to go and represent the general car lover. It will be good to just go for a drive and be part of a large caravan of "nice" cars. They did have that car show last weekend that Brian did win for best import or some crap. So we could just jump in and be head of the class. :P

 

Nah. He won something because his Shinka was a special edition and no one else had a special edition car. We wouldn't have been in his 'group' tho if the new guy showed up with the Shinka I wonder if they would have had to declare a tie? Clear corners would have given him the win!

I'm sure they'd be shocked if Jon or I showed up. They probably don't know you can get an aftermarket exhaust for a Japanese car that doesn't look and sound like a fart can.

 

I will have to bring a couple Folders cans so we can tape them on so they understand. :P

Oh and we don't really have any idea what to expect. I know there were a few cars there that were modded silly but it sounded like most were lightly modded, fun cars. Here's pics from their 2007 event.

Not really, just a bunch of Akron/Canton people that have different models of cars that formed a club. they are very civic minded, as they give back to their community, as they will be helping fallen ploice officers with a cruise on October 4th. They are a nice group, that aren't a bunch of asses
