Welcome to the group Trademark. Where you from in Burton? I'm the dentist down in Auburn.

Which color and year did you get?

Welcome Trademark!
Tip for you... any questions you might have about the RX8 is safer asked here first.
This forum can get a little rough with noobs asking questions that can be answered through searching.
BUT... there is a ton of info to search through... just have to weed through some BS every now and then.

Networking is great for me so far.
I'm connected wireless to the internet and ran a RJ45 to my entertainment center.
From there I used my other 4-port router to go to my Xbox and Xbox360.
But to get both network connections to work together, I had to bridge them.

I see a lot of people use those Linksys gaming adaptors (wireless to ethernet bridge)... Thank you for doing it the right way =)

I figured that I had a wireless PCI card for internet (wireless router is upstairs) and an on-board RJ45 port (computer is 20' from my entertainment center), why not just run a cable to another router (now inside my entertainment center) for my Xbox, Xbox360, and Blu-Ray (for updates).

I'm about to watch a Tekzilla podcast (I love Veronica) on my Xbox to make sure everything runs smooth.
Yulia went shopping and told me I can't watch Diggnation without her.

And I just finished setting-up my Onkyo receiver, hung the rear speakers, and did the calibration. OH YEAH!

Just wait until spring and come to our meets and see/hear what we have.
You'll go broke quicker than a hiccup.

somehow ive got a feeling someone will post before this becomes a double post. Anyway

As far as the macbook pro goes. I get a real nice deal through bestbuy so i wont be paying the full 2400 for a 15.4 with the 2.3.

For the catch-can. Possibly in the coming weeks, once i get through my first payment =)

And the meets, should i bring cash or credit?

My office is at the corner of 44 and Washington. Just the other side of LaDue. Dr Domo. I'm the dentist on the corner.

I'm in the office all day Monday, stop in and introduce yourself!

There's a Titanium Gray in the area there, but I don't know who owns it.

We just had our meet Friday, so I don't know when/where the next one is going to be.
We usually meet at a restaurant/bar, but I think we should meet at the Boneyard next.

We can sit outside like before.
Plus it was perfect having all our 8's lined up next to each other.
