Automotive Karma - be careful. The girl I was dating over the summer put her Jeep into the wall in November. I laughed... then the misfires started... and now this.

So. . . laugh all you want. . .

But in all seriousness, does that date work?

Is this the same chick that put a Jeep in a ditch in the past? The one that was at the Lizard?

The one that put her Jeep in a ditch in the past. I go through women faster than I go through parking light LEDs...
the one that came to the lizard is just a friend. So, feel free to make a move or two on her if she's ever around again.

I can probably make it then. Course I may finally have my plugs/coils then so that might end up getting priority tho I'm off on Friday next week too so maybe I'll get 'em done then.

Jon - you want me to pick up my stuff from your truck on Saturday? Pretty sure I'll be heading down to Akron anyway that day. If not I will definitely be down there Sunday for a party off 277. Just let me know what works for ya.

Does Woot.com not play well with Firefox? I made an account yesterday but it doesn't want to seem to let me log in most of the time. It seems to work better with IE, but I hate using IE. Or is it that the website's slammed because of the time of year?

I don't use IE for anything and I have never had a problem with woot. The last couple days they have been slammed because of the woot off but it is over now so you should be ok.

Anywhere know where the best place to purchase mazda engine cleaner? I think I will use that vs. "seafoam" just because of the constant spray.

You can only get the Mazda Engine Cleaner at Mazda. From what I have heard it is just seafoam in a different bottle.

I've been searching all over about this seafoam/engine cleaner. Do you only do that if you are having a problem, or is there a regular interval?

I watched those videos Ryan posted... it just looks like fun! RX8 Smoke Screen in a bottle... now without burning coolant!

I read that the mazda cleaner came in a constant spray can where the seafoam came in a pump style (like windex)

but, there is almost a good chance I'm wrong.

The constant spray of the Mazda cleaner is good because you need to crank the engine for 10 seconds while applying a spray the entire duration.

If you want me to hang on to them until we meet-up at Steve's that's fine.
If not, Saturday would work best... sometime after 4pm.

Do you only use mouth wash when you have cavity pain or do you use it do prevent problems?

According to that thread it says you should do it once a year as a preventative measure. No facts to back it up though.

Actually, they never answer the question, unless I missed the post. Somebody asked, but nobody answered.

Actually, I don't use mouthwash. If you brush your teeth, you don't need it! It is air freshner with no therapeutic value. I get your point, but it doesn't answer the how often question.

Seafoam recommends every 2000-5000 miles for "peak performance"... so you could probably use the same logic for Mazda's cleaner.

Does anybody here really do this every 2000 miles? Once a year seems more reasonable.

Tnx I missed that.

If anybody here does this, I'll be your second man. I'd like to see it done.
