Well it seems like only yesterday i got these tickets and i had my car.
Outcome: 3 points and $883 in fines. Paid it and im happy -- If i would have gotten 6 points my license would have been suspended and i would have had to pay a $600 fee for getting 6 points in less than 18 months.
Lawsuit against the dude that totaled my car is still ongoing but i'm not a fault so im good. Thinking about buying a late 04-05 rx8 though

Exactly my point and thats what i told the lawyer he said it can go either way...
No he couldn't have PACED me cause i was in the HOV lane and i crossed over the buffer and then i kept driving and he turned on his lights and pulled me over.
We will see im about to call my lawyer back and let them handle it.
