Damn.. I am depressed now. That really does suck. Just make sure to take out what you can if they total it out. My sis totaled her VW beatle, and didn't take anything out. Damn.. For sure let us know what you can get off though. I would be less reluctant to throw money your way than someone elses for sure.

Damn I cant believe it really like you said we were starting to get some more people around here with 8's then we lose one like that. Good thing that youre okay though it could have been worse.

I think if it was me i would defiently look for another 8 since I havent even had mine long enough to do what I want with it so I say defiently try and get another just an MT for sure. Im even going to look around too see if I can find any. But I see what you mean if you want something faster.

FYI Autox at Gateway August 15th. Sure would like to have more 8's out there. If you make it look me up, I'll be #45 TCS. Still getting used to the Black Beast, but made big leap forward last event after replacing coils, made it up to 4th in street tire open.

Did not realize how much bad coils can zap from the power and still seem to run ok.

 

I will be out of town, but I wish I could make it up. Good luck man!

 

I've taken quite a hiatus from autocross lately; maybe I can get one last run in before the season is up.

 

So it looks like I probably need new coils. I am getting a P0300 CEL which is a random or multiple misfire. What kind of coils should I look at getting?
I need to check my plugs too.

 

BHR ignition bro its expensive but worth it youll more than likely necer have another problem with coils

 

Yeah. I think it is my coils. It only comes on at around 6500-7000 rpm.
