turns out my dad's flight got changed to the morning so I can do a meet whenever, if you guys would like to push up the time for those of us who can meet before dinner?

 

I say lets stick with 4, I'll prolly get there a little early anyway. Last time we met at the huge lot between the muny and the tennis stadium. It's a big enough lot and isn't busy with traffic in and out so it's a nice setup. Not sure as to where we can really cruise around there though. As for a little photo shoot I am always down for a few pics, but I don't have my camera anymore so someone else will have to be in charge of that. We all need to come up with an idea of where we would like to eat. Personally I would say like hooters just because everytime I've gone to hooters with a large group of cars they've always takin pics with the rides!! But I'm not sure since it will be late. There's always union station which could be kinda fun.

installed the grounding kit today. Simply the best $30 I've spent on the car. Not sure if it would really be worth it for a manual but for my auto it was amazing. Extremely smoot idle now, before shifting from 1st to 2nd was a struggle and now it's not, and it feels like it has a little better throttle response, don't think it added any horsepower at all, but even my girlfriend felt a diference and I didn't even tell her I had even worked on the 8 today.

hopefully will get the sway on Thursday sometime. James did you need an impact when installing? I may take you up on the ride to see the difference with the rears installed.

hopefully the weather is good Saturday, last time I checked it didn't look like it was going to be that nice.

 

Thats awesome brett looks like it was a very cheap but good investment glad it worked out nicely! And yes i saw the forecast for stl for friday and saturday there would be rain or storms...i'd assume columbia wouldnt be that much different but hopefully it stays somewhat nice!

 

For the 25th, I highly suggest staying away from Union Station. Was just there last week and there is NOTHING there anymore. About the only shops open are the food court. Ate at the Houlihan's there and the food was terrible. The Hard Rock Cafe is dead there and the food is mediocre. There are always good restaurants on the U-City Loop for instance....will try and think of others.

Anybody on the IL side want to cruise over together that day? I'm not too familiar with where the Muni is located in Forest Park. Send me a PM if you want.

Gentlemen Take it easy, the loss of Ryan's 8 is still a fresh wound its not like he willingly sold it for an SI, we play the hand we are dealt and Ryan did pretty good with that, I mean hes not driving around a Geo or some four door pos.

So yes FWD is not as awesome as RWD but hey, when you total a ride and your insurance goes way up you gotta make exceptions. As it is Ryan does have the nicest SI I have ever seen.
