will be getting clear corners for it. no front mud garuds as I will be getting a body kit for it. I do not like the 8 without one so it will stay untill I get my cf wing.

and now I am good for a meet since I got an 8 again lol.

Well my new wheels will get here on june 29th! I'm stoked, but i think im just gunna get springs instead of coilovers I've decided to not spend all the money I make this summer haha

i have the s techs and love them, but i bought them a couple years ago and am not really sure if anything better has came out since then.

yeah I've heard the s-techs are good I just dont know if 1.8" will be too much of a drop I need to see pictures, I really wanted coilovers but honestly I rarely ever track the car and it's not worth spending that money while I only have a summer job... maybe after I graduate but for now I'll be happy with a few smaller mods and the big one the rims

 

dont think your gonna drop to much, its what im running, with my body kit and wheels, i do bottom out every once in a while, but not that often, speed bumps are not terrible.

I go with the s tech if any, but idk if I would do lowering springs. Our cars sit pretty low to begin with that and on this side of the river in my area there are some nasty roads.

 

^ I agree but I really am not a fan of the wheel gap in the front of the car in the back they sit great but I really dislike it in the front

 

charlie just do your homework im sure there are enough threads on here with the info your lookin for. I enjoy the S Techs give the ride an extremely more agressive look, and will eliminate the wheel gap making your new wheels look even better. As for the ride, its not bad at all.

 

Well i just took the car in today to get a few things fixed under warranty and of course out of the 3 things i was hoping to get fixed warranty may only cover one which is my speaker but they said it was working for them today and i know it isnt so ill have to go show them that it is not.

The good news is though they checked the coils and plugs and i need to get them changed so coils are covered under warranty i just need to buy some plugs and wires which i just did now im hoping they get here soon so i can hopefully have the dealer do all of it at the same time. And also my car needs to be reflashed apparently, so i guess ill be paying the 130 dollars to get that done.

All in all i was hoping to go in and spend a hundred dollars for my deductible but i probably will end up spending about 400 dollars now.
