Woo hoo! JD is running in heat 1 and I'm in heat 4. And, Jon is running his Celica in heat 1.

 

still here, getting my 8 tagged next week, sales tax sucks!

pretty much all day... 1st heat will be in the morning, like 9:30 (I think) and the last heat (the one I'm in) will be late afternoon.

There were two other 8s at the last autocross, so they may be in other heats.

 

Real men and women auto-x their 8.

 

So I made it out to autocross on Sunday, and it turned out great! J.D. I saw you there, but I was busy when you were running and then I didn't see you again.

My best time was 69.916 and I didn't even hit any cones on any of my runs! I did DNF on my last run though... was trying a different tactic for taking the sharp turns (aka slowing down) and since I didn't slide out as much, I accidentally turned too soon and went on the inside of a marker.

All in all, it was a great day, and I'll definitely be back!

 

I had to sneak out like a ninja in order to get home in time for my son's b-day party. Generally I hang out there quite a bit more than I did this Sunday.

Good job on the times - it's good for your car, too!
