Casedogg:

Those sways are way easy to change. I assume you got both front and rear for $265. If not, that was expensive.

If you want some inexpensive jackstands, try Harbor Freight Tools in Ypsilanti. (Next to Walmart). Their stuff is mostly crap but the 3T stands are overkill for the RX8 so they are fine. I would go to Sears for the Floorjack though. Look for something light and low profile.

Meet up with A2SCC Group:
No mods are necessary. I suggest you sign on to www.a2sportcompacts.com .

These guys are really nice. They have routine meets at the parking lot between the large Comerica building and Wendy's at the Briarwood Mall. Rene and Chuck have been to a meet. It would be nice to have a bunch of RX8s join in the caravan.

Casedogg

Casedogg, I don't want to sit around and eat either.

I figured we'd be busy talking to each other out by our cars at least until the subi dudes are done eating and come hang out.
I wasn't planning on a sit down dinner though some of the subi guys will no doubt be in hooters eating for some time.

Maybe we should do a drive around the city and roll into the subi meet around 9.

Anyone ANy one?

Got your PM Teva, I responded before I knew about the Suby meet. (I understand the time now.)

I'll see if I can shift some parental responsibilities around to attend. No promises though.

Arrangements made. I will be there. Where are we meeting?

I work on 12 Mile Rd in Farmington Hills so I can meet early if you guys want to. The RX will look like hell since I have no time to shine her up before the gathering.

Teva, I will PM you my cell # so feel free to call me after 5 if you need.

I will check this thread before leaving work and heading over there.

How far away are you from Novi? I'm near the meet already. I'd hate to venture off and backtrack again.

Either way, thank you for the kind invite.

Just in case, where will we meet at the meet? Should we meet in a lot close by and all roll in together? (All 4 of us - LOL)

If we meet around 7-7:30 that should give us decent light for pix.
It would be easiest to meet at your house Charles. I didn't know you were so close. (10 minutes with traffic?)

How do I get there and at what time? We can roll from there.

I'm glad to hear you can make it!!! I've been dying to see your updates. (I, personally went backwards. now less mods. LOL)

Pics from the 4/8 Suby Meet

Here are the pics. I'm sure they are no where near as good as Jeff's.

It was a pleasure meeting you all. I look forward to our next outing.

That was fun, good to meet you guys. I think next we should do an install meetup. everybody hang out and do something like put new Sways on Casedogg's car.

Light was gone by the time we got there but... ( notice the dirty lens & I'm too tired to photoshop the specs out )

Jeff, these were some awesome photos. ( With exception to me playing pocket pool - lol )

I've got the black and white one as the desktop for my computer.

Thanks for taking them!

I got my Cobb AccessPort Yesterday. Mazdamanic is helping me find the right map.
I really like that it's a gauge for everything.

Oh here is the B/W from the meet... Cleaned up and full res:
