We were in the parking lot until about 4pm. There were about five 8's and three 7's. We were in the lower big parking lot. The top parking lot was for valet. Where did you drive around at?

 

I got there a little bit after 4. I didnt actually go in the lot but I parked at convienent store and walked across just outside J hall to get an airial view but didnt see any 8s. Oh well, maybe next time.

All - I'm pretty new to the scene. I just found this thread the other day. When you plan a new event I will be there if I am in town. If I happended to be on Mooch road and seen you guys go by I would have turned around and got in line.

Just a thought for the next event.... Saturday I went to the Tri-State Dragway up near Hamilton for Test and Tune. There was a black rx7 running. Maybe we could meet in Newport do a cruise that ended at the dragstip???? I didn't run but there was plenty of room, we could probably have our own area to park. Those that want to run can. It's only $5 to watch, not sure the cost to run. Watch or run, your preference, either way it would be fun hang out, watch a few runs, and shoot some rotary sh*t.

What do you guys think?

 

Anyone up for a meet sometime soon? Sometime within the next month?

 

Meeting up again sometime in August sounds good to me. Maybe towards the end of the month so we have plenty of planning time and people can save the day we decide. Anybody have any day/place suggestions?
