when a few of my buddies worked for a small beer store we used to call sneaking a beer or two in the freezer, "checking for freon leaks."
Just bought a short shifter and Spal fans for the Miata. I have to laugh, every time someone on Miata.net (think the geriatric forum) asks about a short shifter, they are usually told the shifting is short enough and there is no need for anything shorter. Actually, there are quite a few things that fall into that category for them. If you listened to some people you shouldn't ever modify your car because it is perfect the way it came from Mazda. I don't think they'd get along too well on here!

Greetings from SoCal (Palm Desert). On the way east on I-10, saw a yellow NSX being followed by a Viper GTS. Here in the desert nothing but Jags, Aston Martins, and M-Bs. I may stop by this dealer while the wife shops one day this week. I doubt I'll drive away with anything on the lot.

For my new class I started today, my professor is into racing. He has a Healey Sprite that his son races. His son also races the Formula Mazda series. Pretty cool, I told him I had an 8 for some hopeful extra credit.

Damn it Moete - my winter rims are only 17" - guess Bobby is the winner
I ruined my Blizzaks in a single season - using them on The Dragon in January probably helped their demise - Bobby - these are some great tires!!!!! They will stick to the road like it owes them $
