Quiet around here. I still see a few 8's on the road these days, I doubt many are original owners.

Kind of sad, seeing a few that have unrepaired body damage.

Hey Phil, great to hear from you!

It's still early to think about next year, but it's possible. The wife had surgery in May and that scuttled our plans for everything else at the time. She was 8 weeks recovering.

My brother is still in Vegas but is thinking of transferring out, maybe moving back up here or to Idaho. If he's still there next year, it would increase the chances of us making it down for the meet.

Take care.

Sounds like you drive the 8 about as much as I do. 07 SS, 24,240 miles as of this morning. In the garage all winter. Mostly just a weekend fun car, though I did drive it to work today. Not too many nice days left before she goes back into storage for about 3 months.

I want to keep this car forever. Bought it BN and it still looks that way. Too much fun!

Yeah, I'm one of those unpaired body damaged ones driving around. Found a fence out at Miller in my daily driver. I've just figured that at least until the front bumper falls off, I'd rather make the car faster and more fun instead of pretty.

Body damage happens to the best of us, I have a few dings here and there.

We need to coordinate a meet, either on here or slcrotary.com if you other cats haven't joined up there it's a local forum but it has been dead lately. Regardless I would like to meet up

I check-in on slcrotary about once a week, Mike, but as you say it's been pretty dead lately. Did they ever coordinate a movie night? Seems like DT is still having heavy troubles with his 8, as well, poor guy.

I saw a SS in a Fresh Market parking lot last week with most of the entire right side caved-in from a sideswipe. Not just door dings and such, I'm sure neither door on the right side would even open. Enough to make a grown man cry.

They did coordinate a movie night for Rush, I wasn't able to go though. I saw it Sunday, and it's a bad *** movie BTW.

I don't even know where to begin with DT, I used to try and help him but he hasn't taken my advice at all so I gave up.

I'm back...

Did everyone miss me???

I know I have been dormant for a LONG time, but I am still alive! But I cannot say the same for Pandora. She was recovered, but in ruins...

I no longer drive an RX8, but I do have another black, high powered demon that I roam the streets...

I know it's now fall, and the 8's are getting ready to be "stalled" for the winter, but we should get the group together!

I am living and tattooing out in the Ogden area now, but I am down if anyone else is!

Love Ink
