how is that possible? the stock coils are proven to only be able to hold around 330 whp.

im looking pretty seriously into the mazsport or the ptp turbo kits, both come out to around the same price so im just trying 2 figure out which one makes more hp. it doesnt look like anyone has had a really good dyno run with the mazsport turbo yet

mazsport currently dynos the highest of any FI kit for the rx-8.

If you're looking at something that costs the same as the mazsport, it's a no brainer which you should pick.

no turbo kit is going to gain you reliability, however if you run the base 7-10 psi range, you should be fine.

hahaha that wise man is scott. one of the founding fathers of rx8 performance next to mazdamaniac, Rotarygod, and Swoope maybe be one as well. swoopes posts are just sometimes confusing.... or im just not smart enough to know what hes saying.

no but seriously, the mazsport kit comes with everything and saves you the hassle of picking bits and pieces from various shops.(thats why my lazy *** went with it). another reason is mazsport is making the most power but it doesn't mean other kits cant. i just went with what has already made it.

Yes, and I can 100% confirm that Scott does stand behind his products and work. I got some of the first production runs of some of their products, and Scott has been Johnny on the Spot about replacing those with newer pieces.

That, and I think Scott said he is flying out for free and retuning my car for CA gas!
