I placed my order on 12/12/06. The invoice has a ship date of 12/19/06. I have sent numerous emails requesting an update and/or a tracking number and have not received a response to any of them. Tracking info would be greatly appreciated as I am less than one day away from canceling my order and requesting a refund.
