Clear Corners HERE! Nov 6
Date updated to reflect yet another shipment arriving.
Great News...THE CLEAR CORNERS ARE HERE!
Thus begins a new clear corner thread...as the super sized thread has been closed to make things easier to follow (old one made it to 18 pages ).
Also THANK YOU for bearing with us during a massive hardware and software upgrade. We are still very much a growing business that is happily needing to scale to accomodate the many of you who register everyday and make your first order.

Takes a long thin needle nose pliers to pull out the reflector from the inside of the clear corners.
If you are considering doing the turn signal mod in the DIY section, I'd suggest leaving them in and see which you like better.. (I have mine removed.)

Fray, what does taking it out do?? I mean I know it lights up but does it make it brighter
? or with the reflector does it fill up the whole corner with light? can you use just standard needle nose?
OK never mind I found it in the forum with pics, makes them look better without the reflector...Just dont want to break them so will use kid care gloves...

If you have dark bulbs like xtreme whites by PIAA I would say to leave the reflector in but if you have stealth or LED it looks better with them out.
They light up the front more taking the reflector out.

OK Clear are in!! man Jason they really do make the front look diffrent on a SS 8, I got both reflectors out with minimal boo boos, you can see a minute scratch in both but thats just my OCD..they look sweet though~!
Jase what lights do you use in yours? IN your pic they look so bright.
and thanks for the great product and help.

I'm glad you like them PP51
I'm using hyper white LEDs. Minnesota is one of the few states which has laws which allow white signal lights in the front, for turn signals too. It is actually a mistake in the application of the statute. The department of transportation never wrote up the guidelines in the late 70s as instructed .
That is why so many buy the stealth bulbs they look great in the day and glow amber legally during the night .
Hope that helps .
