Cobb told me there is none, as in zero, tuning differences between AccessTuner and ProTuner for USDM vehicles.

Pro just allows you to perform multiple vehicle programming, program security protection, etc.

 

Then hopefully I'm just a release behind.. Should get my new AT link today.

That would be pretty foolish of them to be discouraging me from making a $1500 purchase payment then ..... unless that information is relevant to my specific application.

 

Well, I've never understood their business practices, but there are definite differences that I wasn't aware of until they were pointed out to me.

I installed a copy of RACE on my CarPC and I've started a list of the differences.

As far as discouraging you from buying PRO, I think they were just thinning the herd and avoiding the possibility of another mouth to feed, so to speak.

I'm sure the writing was on the wall for a while over there with regards to the withdrawal from the N/A market.
