Heh, when i was coming up behind you I did a double take beacuse I'm still new to seeing other 8's on the road travelling the same direction as me. But once i realized it was an 8 i was like ohhh wheee! gotta catch up and wave

 

I have drill (Air National Guard) this weekend but will be there next weekend. I'd love to get a few more 8s there and actually get a spot.

 

I keep seeing the same black 8 at 24hr fitness at beltline and the tollway.

If I'm wanting to spread the word, are there any pre-made flyers for rx8club.com or just make some yourself?

I'm suprised nobody spotted me on Sunday Night. I had to drive about 8 miles with no CAT, from Farmers Branch to North Dallas. That sh*t was LOUD AS HELL!!!

Sounded real good too. We did two 3rd gear pulls to redline, insane. One of my friends who lives a few blocks off the road said she could hear it loud and clear from inside her house.

This would be a lot more beneficial and easier to control. Driving with no cat all the time, is bound to get you in deep sh*t with the POlice.

that involves alot more money than I'm willing to spend.

the resonator is not the cat, it's basically a small muffler in the exhaust piping.

It should make the car a little louder, but nothing to write home about.

My dad took the resonator off his TSX. It made the car a little throatier.

 

next weekend the club calendar is open, I'll start hitting up folks and maybe we can get a couple of us out there (I might have some new stuff on the car by then too, woohoo!)

Spotted a VR on 121 South. Got a wave back. Looked like it had an aftermarket exhaust.

It was funny too, because I got my new tires in and I couldn't fit both in the trunk. So I had one in the back seat! Uh yeah....

 

When was this? I was on 121 Monday night, around 6:30-7:30, but I don't remember waving... but I may have... I don't know.

Spotted a blue driving into Lockheed this morning from 341. He gave me a smile and nod and I waved back. Aero pkg, rotary pkg & OEM spoiler.

Saw a blue with OEM spoiler this morning around 7:15 about a mile from my house. Followed him to 820 where he lost me. I think I caught up with him on Clifford, though. I turned left and he continued straight towards Lockheed's main gate.

I've also been seeing a Grey a lot lately around Jacksboro Hwy. Older guy driving with a 'Zoom-Zoom' decal on the back window. Saw him twice in one day last week.

 

The blue came in on spur 341. Maybe you lost him on the 30 exit? I think he's selling his 8. I saw a flyer posted on a bulletin board in an F-22 hallway. He's got 20k miles and wants 21k for it. 04 GT.

 

Hrmmm... might've been a second blue? I live north of LM near Marine Creek so I was heading south on 820 when I lost the blue. I always take the Clifford exit so when I saw another blue on Clifford I assumed it was the same one.

 

Actually, I bet there are two blues. The RX8 for sale belonged to someone in Aledo. Wow, including you, me and the two blues, I know of ten RX8s that park at the main plant. There are a couple more that park at bldg. 500.

 

Just saw a Ti Gray at the stoplight of valley view and luna. About 9:25am. A woman who looked to be in her 20's or early 30's. We looked at each other, smiled, and nodded, then my light turned green.

 

So... I'm in the neon today. It's 10:45 and I've spotted 3 TIs (2 on 35W near 820, 1 on 377) and a yellow (also on 377). Maybe I just miss my car so much I am noticing them more.
