If people decide to go on Lime Creek, please follow these rules:

1. Do it sober
2. Don't cross the centerline due to blind hair pin turns. Head-on collision is bad for your health.
3. Watch out for the other idiots that cross the centerline
4. Drive at a moderate speed if it's your first time there
5. Watch out for cyclists
6. Leave plenty of space between cars

 

I'm just waiting on a few phone calls before I can make a definite yes, but it looks like I'm going. What time do you guys plan on being back? Not that it really matters, just wondering.

Don't have one I can post, but it runs along the N side of Lake Travis. You can pick up Volente from 620 near the Lakeline Mall area. Lime Creek comes out near Cypress Canyon.

And yes, do what Parmer8 said. Be very careful. Help is a long time coming if you screw up, and there are cyclists. If you want to run a little quick you may want to send someone ahead to give yoiu a heads-up.
