sweet, i would like to join. Since monday i am going back to my country and friday will be my last final exam. i can make the meeting on SAT or SUN

 

Fear not the guy who started this thing is still here! LOL I do have to apologize for being off the map lately. Work has been crazy, I've been flying everywhere!

All is not dead guys, its just that time of year. I have not forgotten and do plan on ramping up the activity weather permitting. Although, a meet this weekend does sound great! It'd be good to see all you guys again. I'm with ya' Lets plan somn' up. Toss some ideas here in the forum and I'll get an E-mail out via the club mail list ASAP.

 

My new job has been crazy. Im working as a manager in reatil now so I have been working 6 days a week and I work on Sat from 2pm to 11pm and Sunday all day. It will be crazy like this until after christmas. Ill go back to 5 days a week.

 

I was going to suggest during the day either Sat. or Sunday so it's not so freezing damn cold. Perhaps we can meet early on Sat. around 11 at Lake Hefner or so to accomodate everyone? Thoughts?

 

I'll see if i cant drag myself awake at 11am on sat if i dont hit norman friday night- count me in.

I don't think I can make it. I've got to go Christmas shopping with the wife on Saturday. Her Toyota Highlander wouldn't fit in. I'll have to catch you guys next time.

I saw a red 8 at 50 Penn Place on Tuesday. It had a vanity plate, but I couldn't make it out as it went by me in the parking lot. Was that anyone on the board?

I'm kinda with Jump on this one guys. It's that time of the year. Everyones schedule is wrecked. I am not opposed to a meet at all, but I totally understand folks being busy. Any thoughts on holding off until the silly season is over? Although, if we can get a few people together, I'm all for a meet and lunch similar to what we've done in the past. Let me know.

Hey guys! Just thought I would see whats up with everyone. Jason we need to plan another meeting soon. Hopefully the weather will be nice. We have been lucky so far this year with descent weather. Anything new on anyones car? I will have wheels and tires soon, hopefully by the end of Feb. See you guys later.

 

Nothing new on this end, except for some road grunge build up on the underside of the car. I am in desperate need of a good detail. What kinda rims you gettin there Jump? Hopefully some others will have some new mods to check out. Adrian, you around with that bodykit???? I agree we need to get something together again here in the not so distant future--

Was thinking the same thing acctually. The weather has been a lot better the past 2 weeks or so. I have family coming into town this weekend, so I'm gonna hold off at least till the following weekend. Plans will be forthcoming shortly!

Any requests? Sat. or Sun.? What works best for everyone? Any new meet ideas out there? I was thinking with the weather the way its been lately, (Cold, but Nice) we'd do something similar to last time. Any thoughts?

Jump, I'm jealous man.. I want rims and tires bad! Too much dang $$. What did you settle on? The Milanos? I'm coming due for new tires, hopefully I can put together enough $$ for both.

ok well nevermind......i forgot my g/fs bday is next sunday. So i wont be able to meet up. lets plan it for the weekend after and I will schedule myself off for sat or sun.
