We are getting together once more at Remington Park on Sunday, October 17th at 11am. The last autocross event of the year will also be going on. Everyone will have a chance to check out the autocross and see if its something you might be interested in for next year. The next season starts up in Late February early March timeframe. Hi, this is my first post here. I'm Devon, w0rm's brother. W0rm was saying something about you guys meeting up with some 3kgt guys every now and then. I was just wondering if you would like to also get together with some of us supra guys. w0rm came down today for a supra meet up, but it was kinda rained out :/.

I might come up to this, be nice to see a bunch of new rx8s :P.

 

We were trying to keep our meets strictly RX8's. We are trying to get an RX8 club started. Im sure there will be times when we plan some different things were we have an all rotary meet, or meet up with all cars in general. Do you post on the OK-speed web site? http://forums.ok-speed.com/ They usually have things going on too. But yeah you are more then welcome to come up there. I would like as many people as possible to get into the Autocrossing.

 

I have drill this weekend, so I will be attending in spirit only. Sucks because the nasty weather is right around the corner.

 

Hopefully I'll be sportin my new Borla Exhaust if it gets here in time. Wish Jason was around to give me some install tips. Anyone hear from Jenky?

 

Im sure Jenky will be there. If you get your exhaust in time let me know Ill help you. I dont think it will be that hard. He said the hardest part was getting the stock exhaust out. Yeah the nasty weather is right around the corner, Im hoping the get one more meet together.

 

I plan on being there! I have some friends who would like to join...not sure as of right now! I installed Mazdaspeed coilovers...

Im not familiar with any in Edmond.

 

You can always try the dealer. It'd be pretty pricey tho, but I am sure they would do a great job. Next time you see a custom paint job on the street that looks good, roll down your window and ask the owner where they had it done. You also check out that new auto body shop on the Kilpatrick Turnpike service road (in between Western and Santa Fe on the South side). Hopefully that helps--

i just ordered my bodykit, and it will be arrived on monday. so, i just want to know where i can install it and do the paint job ( i am new in town).
BTW, are there someone from UCO edmond? i saw an 8 in UCO few days ago :P

 

Your best bet is to look in the yellow pages and call half a dozen places and pick the cheapest one. Did you get the Mazda Speed kit?

 

no....i get the ks-auto bodykit, and the mazdaspeed suspension and wing spoiler.
