Wanted to stop in and say Hello to the SARX crew. I also know what you guys mean about random spring heights. I was way lower than Brandon's s-techs and I've got RB springs. I shouldn't even be close to the s-techs. They are only supposed to be .5" drop. Going to s-techs next week though. Hope to see you guys soon.

Springs can also very Greatly from advertised rates. I have read bad things on the RB's spring rates. check out the "Springs springs springs" thread for more info Jim. The stechs are a great spring with good rates. I went with the newer Progressive springs (steet) and have been very happy with them.

Got back from my trip and finally got to drive a few days ago. Definitely good to be back in the 8. They did a great job of blending everything... can't even tell where they had to cut to repair the fender. Pretty much the only spot that it can be noticed is the spot around the back section of the trunk when the trunk is opened. Doesn't really matter there since it's not an exterior view. I can't feel any difference in performance, though it's not like I'm pushing it to the edge either. They definitely did a really good job on repairs.

Was a lot of fun. Most of her family is from Hiroshima, and I had been before, but not for as long as with this trip. It's actually one of my favorite areas now. Her grandparents have a great view and you can see the sea/port of hiroshima. At night you can see ships rather well and they pointed out a couple that they could recognize as mazda cargo ships. They have lots of Mazdas in hiroshima... saw quite a few great FD's. Only saw 1 FC and no FB's.

Still jet lagged and going on another trip with my parents in a couple days... going to be interesting to say the least lol.
