I wonder if there's any way to look up the tsb's done on a car by vin as in having the car almost 8 years now and having so much done over the years I can't remember if I ever had mounts replaced or not, maybe that's been discussed before so sorry for the echo if it has lol

Yes, any dealer can run a check for you. But be prepared, Jose ran mine for me and there were many things not listed on it that were done at the same dealer.

My car is down for the count right now.

Speaking of that, does anyone have an engine hoist I can borrow or know of anyone who has one?

So any SA/Austin peeps hitting the heatwave show this weekend? I'm there in the Metra booth this weekend, I'll be out there all weekend so if anyone's down for sweating and looking at tons of vehicles of all diferent levels from ghetto to awesome feel free to stop on by and say hey, our booth is pseudo close to the main stage and I'll be next to a blue mini-cooper. (wish I was indoors this year but oh well, it's going to be ridiculously hot out there so be prepared if you go with sunscreen/water/etc.)

travis county expo center, right off 290 on decker ln. The show lasts 3 days and is the biggest one in this region, hell, probably one of the biggest ones in the country. I would say it usually has over 1,000+ entrants, avg about 25-30k spectators if not more. The only down side is it is outdoors and some indoors, and it's a million degrees out there and there's tons to see so it can be exhausting. I was inside by myself last year and it was nice, this year I'm in a booth outside and it's going to be HOT

Cool, I used to be big into showing my old Acura and Civic. Car shows in the summer in Texas suck *****, that and weak *** judges is why I got away from it.

I hear ya on that, that's why I don't support the hot import nights stuff, which I'm not even sure if it's around anymore anyway, but I went to one show here and it was a joke. The heatwave judges are actually pretty decent as far as I can tell, but that's the thing with competing in something that's judged, you never can tell how its going to go.

Hey guys Looks like my time in San An will be short and not include a full weekend. I would like to do a little SARX get together on Thursday night the 11th for dinner and maybe optional drinks afterward if anyone is down.

Invisible Bolt

Taking out the invisible bolt that holds the Radio in place. It seems to spin endlessly. Anybody in town have any ideas on how to remove it. I never plan on putting it back in.

It's tricky, you just have to be a bit of a contortionist.

that video should have had music from "chips" playing the background, I give the cop a 10 of 10 for mad bike skills though.
