Lord ET has an SD Go Pro and KWarner has an HD Go Pro.

I use a Sony HDR-XR500V. Has a 120gb HD built in an amazing mic and awesome image stabilization, (hardware not software) It has a lot of other nice features compared to a go pro, but its about 4 times the costs. I basically blew my return on it a couple years ago.

I also picked up a suction cup mount that I could trust to hold it given the cost (though it is very light) http://www.filmtools.com/filmtools-i...era-mount.html

I noticed they also have this cool mount for Iphones: http://www.filmtools.com/owle-bubo-i...era-mount.html Though personally I think one would be rather silly to use an Iphone for such purpose given the fact of the poor storage (you can't swap memory sticks either) and battery life in that application.

Yeah, and how is it that the man can lie, but they throw people in the big house for lying, also.

Highspeed,

Yeah, Jay, Scott, and Krys got their game on.

They might even hustle pool, too! Ha!

Sorry you missed out to catch them, and I was even left alone for 10 minutes with them and you guys out of sight, and a side road to wonder if they went thataway.

We were getting a little worried that something happened and were about to turn around. We get ahead but we never leave behind, we always wait up. But we have been out there a ton of times with me following him so it's fair to say we know that run better than most and having someone in front of you that you know is not going to brake check you is very important out there.

I was most impressed with Chris, honestly that was her first time and she kicked ***. Being a typical woman driver I was expecting to get rear ended at any moment J/K

Did you get the two groups passing each other at high speed on video? I'm trying to locate it but seem to be having trouble. If you have any kind of time stamp that would be appreciated as well.

Yeah, Chris has "***** to the wall"down.

I got a trick I couldn't use there very well with Sri in the car, but I only put it to the floor a little bit. Don't tell anyone, but I'd drive like hell until a curve, brake straight very hard, and then coast through the corner some, and be on the gas as soon as a straight appeared. Ha, now I'm making excuses with a woman, too.

However, I don't think I could beat her or you guys if we used the same car.

I just like to drive fast on a open road with it just me and the road, but I like end a little straighter.

I really had fun comparing cars, but actually, my most fun was driving home in the triple digits around Iraan where the only real hazard is buzzard lunch on the road.

The rivalry between NT (DFw) or whatever rotary guys and SARX is pretty funny.

While Jay, Scott, and Chris were up front playing "menage a trois", all the DFW guys can think of is how cool the SARX logos are.

Hell, I might play if I was invited!

When do I get mine?

The decal I mean!

Haha, well we gotta do something while we wait for you guys to catch up :P LOL, Joking, only joking.

But on a serious note I think that just comes with the territory of owning a sports car. We aren't as bad as other car groups, but at the stage of the game we are at, very few of us would take a comment like "you can't keep up" as anything less than an insult. It may be true, but the bottom line is you aren't going to want to be in the top 4-5 cars of either group if you didn't want to go "***** to the wall".

To be honest, the only thing that really chaps my britches is the other areas. There is absolutely no reason that Houston and Austin can't get their **** together and represent their cities. A little friendly competition doesn't hurt, but they aren't even playing the game at this point!

You mean rx7s? There are a ton of active members of the rx7club. RX8s there are like 7 people.

*Shrug* All I'm saying is that the Tulsa group is even smaller than you guys, and they had more cars show than either Houston or Austin 2 years running. (Granted its easy to beat 0)

Conroe is the worst traffic ever. You still get some of that action. I'm sure next year there will be at least a couple 8s from Houston. Austin will still be no shows though.
