Thats odd. What exhaust is this?

Did you check under the car to see if there is anything wrong?

Hey, this is a slightly odd request for help, but bear with me. I'm trying to display VGA signals on my nav screen, and am having some issues getting the sync signal to be correct. Anyone have an oscilloscope I could borrow for an hour?

I'd suggest Best Collision Center, they did my fenders cheapish and were very good to me. Ask for Jesse, he helped me a lot.

Check out this place on Gessner north of I-10. They put in my K40 and did my tint perfectly. The owner is Andy Loe.

Can't wait to AX and get a track day with this car. Should be fun!!!
I just got a set of rims and Falken racing tires so look out! hahaha

Now I just need to get this suspension done and here comes the fun.

I have one at work that you can use if you want to bring your car by my office on the weekend. I am located off the beltway near Clay Rd. (north of I-10 and south of 290)

You really should leave your car stock before you autocross it. The amount of mods you have on your car is inversely proportionate to the amount of room you leave yourself for error out on the track.

Just get some good street tires and an agressive alignment until you've got a few events under your belt.

Thanks for the input. I have done AX before in a Mustang and my Smart car (the only one at the Gulf Greyhound last month). Also have raced in the 24 hr Lemons series and been through the Skip Barber race series at Daytona and their advanced schools at Laguna Seca.

I bought this thing to put minimum mods on (enough for the BS class) but still be able to take to track days and enjoy.

Hope to see ya at the Houston event tonight. Gonna go eat some pizza and ruin by diet!

DUDE, THAT WAS YOU!?!? I've been dying to see how one of those would do at AX - looked like a blast! If you ever "rent" your Smart for AX I call first dibbs on a co-drive

HERO, Heavymetal, and myself have all done our own suspensions (as well as others') if you still need help with the Konis & don't mind DIY. However, none of us have our own garages (curse you, apartments!). If you have a garage & tools, though, we'll be happy to help.

EDIT:
FYI you'll never see me at a Houston Rotary club event. I work graveyard shift Mon-Wed, therefore I'm never free to go. The local Houston RX-8 meets are generally on Thursdays, so I'll definately see you at those. They're so few & far between, though, I'm sure the next time I see you will be @ GGP next month.
