Does anyone know if they will have custom cars? or is it just production models. I heard last weeks fort worth one was only production cars... and that's kinda lame.

What about vendors?

 

I've never been, but if its going to only be production cars, there is no way I am going to pay 11 dollars to go see that. I figured the dallas one was like one of the big ones that showed prototypes etc.

 

I don't know. I've never been to the Dallas one.

I sure hope so because I don't want to see lame production cars...
I have a feeling there will be some tight custom cars that people can show off. That's really what I want to see. New ideas and a lot more fun to look at.

 

The Dallas Auto Show is a gathering auto manufacturers to promote their latest line ups. A large majority of the show is dedicated to production cars along side a few concept cars. From what I understand, this year the DAS will be joined by aftermarket manufactures to promote aftermarket parts along side their auto manufacturers. There is usually some space dedicated to various auto groups with custom cars, but the focus of the show is to see the latest model line ups along with new cars.

I think some of us are plannng on heading down there around 4. Y'all want to just meet there at 4 right by the ticket booths? Or do we want to meet inside incase anyone wants to get there earlier?
