Sucks too, as I'm in Canada too and takes forever to get these things (just arrived).

 

There is nothing wrong with your resistors. I never opened the pack of incorrect resistors.

does anybody know about the wiring for the mazda3? i have 2 friends with 3's that are so jealous of this footwell kit, but we dont wanna get stuck.

Unfortunately, I haven't installed a set on the Mazda3 yet. If you were local, I'd have you guys come over and install it for buddies.

On a side note, I do have directions for the Mazda6.

are the wiring locations the same in the 6 as they are in the 8?

 

No, however, when I did the Mazda6 I found a way to do the parking light operation that would work on both cars and on the Mazda3.

If your friends when the footwells to come on with the head lights, then we should be able to work something out.

You could always bring them to circuit city... they should be able to hook them up for a few bucks. They have the audio garage there.

btw- I was able to ship every order today. I spent six hours today working on getting this stuff done today. I'm exhausted.
