I'm about to order some more parts. If anyone wants a special color, like green, let me know today so I can order it with the other parts.
Green cost another 13 bucks. This is a one time deal.

Hi, quick question, is it possible to wire them so that they come on when the door opens AND they come on with the driving lights? I have blue led's in my doors now and I love how it looks when you open the car, but I think I might also want them to come on at night while driving too

Due to the cars wiring design, it is NOT possible. You would have to order another set.
I've spent hours researching a way to do it--- can't be done.

So it's been raining here the past two days so I haven't had time to install them. But I got fed up with the fact that it was raining all day and did it tonight with my handy dandy mag light.
All I have to say is ouch, my back. I wired them to my running lights and getting that first red/yellow wire was a pain. The 2nd one was much easier to get to.
They were very easy to install and the instructions provided were easy to follow. Very easy installation just gotta work in a small space - no one's fault there.
I love the way they look, not ricey at all, and go very well with my red/black leather
Anyway, took these with my iPhone - I'll be at my parents over the weekend and will use their digital camera to take some much better shots.

Well, installation was a pain since I attached it to the wrong wires at first and had to redo the connections. But RR helped me out and all's well. Thanks Rasp!
I got both the front and back set. My pictures came out blurry but you get the idea. Oh and for anybody who's going to get a set for the back, I suggest using velcro to stick the LEDs to the underside of the seat. Works great and you can adjust as needed!

I totally recommend these. I bought them last time around, and combined with the blue led interior lights from rx8strakes my cockpit looks like a ufo. I posted a thread with pics a few weeks ago (https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?p=2677016).
bumpty bump bump!
I got my door and top light LEDs (super blue) today to compliment my footwell lights... OMG... she's ssssooo sweet looking. I'm going to leave the map lights conventional for now but I've got the itch so it's probably just a matter of time till they too are swapped out. I'll see about a couple pictures with my tripod in the dark.

I installed mine yesterday...didn't get pics yet. They look great, but they are a lot deeper blue than my led's in my map lights and dome lights and courtesy lights....
All you guys with the blue ones....where did you get your leds from for the map, dome, and courtesy lights? And, do they match RR's footwell lights?
