that seems doubtful. this topic came up once before, we never got an answer from him on why it ended up the way it did.

The customer is always right

Every heard that saying Scott? There is no response because there is no defense. He he was a man of repute, he would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt and made it right.

NOPE!!!

BHR all the way!!!!!!!!!

Stick deleted the last thread after MYSQL jumped all over him for using an alias (alledgedly) .

spacers?! are you kidding me dude? you're settling for something you paid good money for. something that should fit with OE quality. i bought a brand new Racing Beat race pipe that fit like a glove. the hangers, the flanges, the bolts, the gaskets were all perfect. i didn't have to do anything extra, installed in minutes. that was straight outta the box! i didn't have to modify anything to get it to fit. you paid good money to have a high quality mid pipe but ended up cheapening it by using WASHERS to make a bracket fit. that's like buying those sweet *** Jordan's but it's one size to big. so instead of getting a better fitting shoe, you just wore a couple layers of socks to fit it.

Mazsport is well known in the rotary community. they have done some impressive things in the past. but **** like i mentioned above just brings the name down a bit. then they go and pull some crap like they did to Sticks (not to mention other customers). how do you expect to run a business when you totally robbed them!? $32000 for a custom motor swap? 2 years? that car should've been TOP priority amongst everything else that was going on inside Mazsport. How is it that there are shops in this country that can do a total custom job (i'm talking about, engine, body, suspension, the whole-nine-yards) in a matter of weeks!?!? what Scott has done to Sticks is ******* absurd. Mazsport wouldn't be around if it weren't for their customers, so why is he dicking everyone????
wow, calm down bud....my point is they did improve...if it were me that was in your shoes, I would've done my best to get it rectified thru mazsport. I understand how you were pissed over it, as I would be too. I would at least have tried to do something about it and not be a dick about it either. You simply cannot please everyone in this business. I am not talking about stick's deal here, as I do agree that it is a bad situation. There are 2 sides to the story however and I chose not to take any sides at this point.

as far as the midpipe....the reason for the spacers is because of the resonators. I don't see a way around that. The point of the midpipe was to have something that wasn't loud, yet had same benefits of catless. If you are happy with your raspy midpipe, thats fine. I just don't like all that attention on me as I'm driving through town. So in my book, the spacers are fine, it works, midpipe sounds great, awesome quality, installation is a breeze, and otherwise perfect fit. Also, THEY ARE NOT WASHERS! They are actual HIGH quality spacers MADE FOR THIS SITUATION.
For reference, this is what they look like:
http://www.mazsport.net/store/images..._spacers_2.jpg

You should get the facts straight before you flip out on something that is not true.

I have nothing against you or anyone for that matter, however, the main point I was trying to make was they did improve. Now it was up to you to get the situation rectified if you had such a bad experience. Sorry you were the "guinea pig." That's just the way some things go.

It won't be good for any of us.

Wikipedia

Somebody go over to Wikipedia and do a write-up on Mazsport and include their "history" of customer service. Also, please note, the more bad publicity the higher "Mazsport sucks" appears higher on Google's search engine.

I am a firm believer if you don't like a business's service, you give it it's due bad publicity.

Geez, what kind of BS is that? Not only should you post in other rotary forums, I'd post in on every auto forum you're a part of.

I never understood why people provide poor customer service. It is one thing if your products are so ridiculously good that it is forgivable, but from what I have read all over this forum thiers most certanly are not.

I would like to hear the possible reasoning from the other side of this though.

Those pics are the ones Stick was talking about in his original post, the ones to keep him quiet for a little bit. There is nothing complete about this car, especially in those pics.

The pics were fake. Scott gave Stick fake photos so that it looked like there was alot of progress on the car.
