I saw on another thread you were after some racing beat parts. 79 days is rediculous!!
I got the RB ram air duct sent over from Goodwin Racing. I got the basic freight surface mail and it arrived in about 10 days so as i thought no point in paying priority when the post office no longer uses sea freight to New Zealand. There price was pretty sharp and good service too

Of course Brettus forgets to mention the reason he has not received any parts is his credit card has been declining. I even called my bank to get a voice authorization and they declined it. Not sure other stores policys but we dont ship items unless we get paid.

Also:
*I have repeatedly rung Visa NZ and they say no atempt has been made to charge my card .
*They say any declined atempt would clearly show on their records.
*I bought a lip spoiler from Evo R in the States using my card at the same time you alledge I was declined -no problems.
*I have ordered the same parts through 2 seperate vendors since cancelling my order (using my credit card) . I'll let you know if they have the same issues .
*By the way both these vendors seem to be proactive about looking after their customers - not just giving me one line answers that seem to imply you are too busy to deal with me.

*Forgot to mention that I suggested we use Pay Pal - your reply word for word
"Im sorry I don’t take Paypal and don’t have an account." Surely after the length of time you have kept me waiting you could have gone to the trouble of opening an account. I hear it is very easy to do !
Also suggested I direct deposit the money into your account - you did not respond to that.

I was waiting on product to come in. I dont know what is so hard for customers to understand that if I dont have it here I cant ship it. I talked to you regularly thru email, so dont give me that crap about me not communicating with you. You could have canceled your order a long time ago and ordered from somewhere else if you were tired of waiting.
I tried running your card probably 5 times in the past 2 weeks and it declined everytime. I have no reason to make that up since Im here to make money.
I dont take Paypal because their business protection sucks and I dont want to deal with it. I know of a lot of business's that dont use it.
I can understand if your a little upset about having to wait for something, but you could have canceled at anytime.
To future customers:
If anyone is concerned about the time frame of getting an item from me then call or email me. I will let you know if I have it in stock or give you an ETA of when it should be in. ANYTIME DURING THE ORDER YOU CAN CANCEL. I want that to be clear. I dont want anyone getting on here and complaining that it took to long to get when you have the option of canceling or trying to find a place that has one in stock.

Yes you did comunicate with me - did not say you didn't . You are very economical with what you say however which can be frustrating.
You did suggest I could cancel at one stage - this confused me - why would you be so keen to suggest that when you are in business to make money? I kept thinking that It would still be quicker to leave the order with you rather than start the process over again. Boy was I wrong on that !

If something is taking to long then I always give the customer the option of canceling. I sometimes even give them the name of another shop that might have it in stock if I know its going to take me a long time to get it. Even though Im here to make money I know how some customers are and its better to cancel the order than having them get pissed that its taking so long. This is a good example.
