Nope Jeff, you don't officially have.
However when somebody only posts to dismiss your product or service and instantly writes this:
02/03/2011 16:47:50 nardellino to Giorgio rivoltaaaaaaaaaaaaa
02/03/2011 16:48:00 nardellino to Giorgio rivoltaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
02/03/2011 16:48:00 nardellino to Giorgio :D
02/03/2011 16:48:04 nardellino to Giorgio mhuhihihihihihi

And then asks for other tuning solutions and instantly sends a txt message clarifying his position says it all.

I'm sick and tired of having random guys offend YOU through my email, forum, msn and skype. They think that by doing so i'll push you to do anything for them. Discrediting BHR on other forums saying that you are closely tied is part of their game as well.

I'll write more after dinner.

Well, I am certainly aware of other systems out there.
A large number of my customers come from other "solutions" that didn't pan out.

Don't think that we over here don't appreciate your efforts.
However, I feel that you are tilting at windmills over there.

I perfectly agree Jeff, i feel quixotic at times.
I have received several text messages with some rough words and treats from Nardellino, saying that i now have enemies that he wouldn't want to have and the usual load of bullsh!t. That's the reason why i don't share anything, anymore. Margaritas ante porcos!
Since this is your thread anyway i won't talk about me, and them anymore. It's plainly useless, you know what the main issue is!

Cobb Tuning :

*A difficult process that takes a reasonable degree of understanding .
*Car guys that are impatient by nature and unwilling to learn the proper way to do things
*Stupid peiople
*Terrible communication
*A guy who is has little interest in customer relations and does not suffer fools

What could possibly go wrong ?

The best part of threads like this one is the urgent, "end of the world as we know it" tone that the participants try to engage me with.

I deal with it constantly and it is the reason for "instructions instructions" threads and the like.

But the real issue is that I am sick and tired of being treated like some of you people own me.

I certainly don't provide the calibration service to get rich (obviously).
I do it because I enjoy it.
So to have disgruntled customers - for whatever the reason - immediately resort to bad-mouthing and threatening me whenever they feel that I don't go into a minstrel show number the second they feel that I haven't made them a priority makes me bristle.

There are hundreds and hundreds of people with AccessPORTs out there that I have tuned. (I've lost count, but it is well over 700 now.) Several hundred are international customers from all around the world.
So why is it that the Italian customers in particular are so often impossibly rude, hostile and intellectually inflexible?
I have a dozen or so units in Italy and 6 or 7 of those customers couldn't get their submissions together (sometimes in spectacularly inept ways) and then immediately resorted to legal or physical threats.

Well, I really didn't mean to turn this into a rant.
Musta been the coffee.

R.T. - Sorry, but I can't have people like you as customers. It makes me physically ill. I really try, but to have my instructions constantly ignored and then get yelled at because the process gets FUBAR is just pointless.

P.S. - If you Europeans believe you can acquire an AcceessPORT at a better value, then do it. Even your "local" dealer (who can no longer get AccessPORTs unless he buys them through me) sells them for 100 Euros MORE than I do and doesn't include tuning.

P.P.S. - Before you get your panties in a wad about this dumb American calling out the Europeans, remember where I am from.

jeff, you wrote in this thread you tried to make me understand what i did wrong, but where did you sent these messages? All i have from you is in my first post, nothing else!...since i star asking you wich was the problem you didn't answer me in a seriuos way. I'm not the only one here asking you to point out EXACTLY where my datalogs were wrong. You wrote i sent you data datalogs but in the same submission i attached a different base map: that's impossible! When i installed the base map i downloaded JUST ONE base map, how could i sent you a different one???? Please show me the mistake so everybody here can judge the fact.
And for everybody: please let me know who give the same service and i will contact him suddenly because i cannot find anyone else!
Cobb gives for free the access tuner but it works JUST on U.S. ECU and we cannot use it for European cars

for moderator: you ban form this thread americanbulldog but he is the customer who bought the ap from Jeff, the money comes from his pocket but i use the AP, so if he cannot write no more i will keep on writing for him!

There are a few.
Several of them sublet to me, but there are a couple that build calibrations on their own, using my training guides for the most part.

Attn Italian customers,

We are doing our best to assist you with your concerns. I recently sent a response to all (that we are aware of) concerned with final tuning solution for your vehicle. Please review this as a group and e-mail me back with your questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Christian.

Checkmate, slam dunk.

BTW guys, Christian did the beta tune on my RX-8 that pulled the 220 whp dyno at their Miller Motorsport Park facility in 2007.

As usual you fail to focus on the priority. Your inability to provide even a basic customer service level exceeds any possible spelling fail. You don't seem to even recognize that this is getting to the point that you're not just impacting your own reputation, but also the primary source of your bread & butter.

So there are EU companys/private persons that have bought the tuner software?

It's little cryptic but dose this mean Cobb are thinking of release AP Tuner for free for EUDM cars?

if so I am interested in migrating from PT to AP.

Do you really think there is a difference between what I do for the RX-8 market and what Cobb does? Have you been to the RX-8 page for the AccessPORT on the Cobb WEB site?

Nope. Not at all.
I am really surprised that you still don't get how this all works - especially with your business acumen braggadocio.

Of course.

No. This would be a special release of the ATR software (not PRO Tuner) just for the few Italian customers that I am trying to unload.

You feel it somehow vindicates you and vilifies me to give 3 or 4 PITA customers a special copy of ATR?

Either way you look at it, it is good for all of us.
Personally, I don't really care how you choose look at it.

Also, understand that the only people that will be potentially receiving the EUDM ATR software are current MazdaManiac customers that I select.
