I took my car in recently for some transmission issues I'd been having; Unfortunately I could not shift into 2nd at HIGH rpm's.
Bob (the service manager) was kind enough to put aside what he was doing at the moment and go for a quick drive with me.

Upon observing the grinding gears, we headed back to the dealership to check in my car and I was out of there with a rental in no time.

My car was repaired in a very timely manner, follow-up by Bob and Jimmy (service advisor) was VERY good, and my car seems to be driving much better now.

I highy recommend these guys if your'e in the OC area.
