Good Dealership: Bankston Mazda in DFW
At first I wasn't quite won over by the service department. They treated me like the average consumer who didn't know a thing about cars. Once this was straightened out, they were fantastic!!
I had some transmission work done within the first few miles on the car in Abilene and wasn't impressed, so I decided to take the continuing trouble to DFW since it's roughly the same distance.
Turns out the trans guy in Abilene didn't completely seal my transmission. Bankston fixed the problem. Their guy did happened to put a hole in my seat in the process. They admitted the mistake and even went to the length of mailing me the seat cover so I didn't have to spend a tank of gas getting there and back!
I will use Bankston Mazda in the future for service and I will be purchasing either a Mazdaspeed3 or the RX-7/RX-9 from them in the near future when my 2001 Rust-ang finally kicks the bucket.
