So Chris from Esmeril has time to PM you and request that an address be removed but has no time to contact the OP to resolve his issues.
Same old story, I wouldn't trust Esmeril what so ever, his after sale customer service...SUCKS!
Faith&Firepower, Did you ever have those injectors flow tested, Are they fake too?

9krpmrx8 is 100% correct. Communication with them is like pulling teeth. Early on it was "New / old ownership" with mazdsparts.com....at least that's what I was told by Chris. Knowing what I do now, this was another b.s. story. If things were handled differently from day one this thread would not be here.

Ok then what's the reason for all these posts? You obviously have done nothing to keep your customer informed, you offered to send a new wastegate, but he already purchased one, and he requested you refund him the money for it. What's so hard about doing that? The thread was started 2 weeks ago!
What's so hard about refunding someone? Nothing... It's actually quite simple.
1st the customer did not contact us before ordering a replacement Wastegate which is a problem being as though he severely overpayed for the item.
2nd the customer hasnt returned the Wastegate in question for our review and an invoice for something purchased isn't enough to justify a return.
All we did was apologize for the messup, tell him we were as surprised as him and offer to rectify the situation regardless of the fact that his thread was started before contacting us and was highly inflammatory . We asked that the assumed faulty product be sent back to us so we can review it and use it as a means to work with our supplier for the Wastegates. We will even pay him for shipping... but it hasn't happened.
If you purchase something anywhere and it doesn't work or isn't what was expected do you bring it back to the store or do you send an email and expect a refund to magically happen? That is not how things work and unfortunately it seems as though there is a larger agenda at hand than what can be seen on these posts... So we wait quietly.

We are asking ourselves the same question...

And yes from the prices he posted he did over pay by $50+, a Tial MVS(38mm) Wastegate can easily be found online from multiple places for about $255.
Faith&Firepower, just send back the wastegate and allow Esmeril the opportunity to make it right, they offered to pay for shipping, so just have them send you a shipping label, then go drop it off.

I was out of town since my last pm from not, Chris, but from one of his workers.
I sent the wastegate back today ups, & sent them the tracking info.
I needed the wastegate asap, as I was paying for tuning time.
As for the no pms to ER, I made phone calls that took a week to get a response back from....why waste time waiting for them to respond.
Im so disappointed in this kit,

The shipment came through incoming inspection in the afternoon on Thursday May 17th. Friday May 18th we were not open but Chris was emailing and calling the supplier.
Earlier this morning the customer was contacted within 2 business days of receipt of the package (that includes Thursday and the Friday that we were closed).

I will do my best to update you with what I can. I am not authorized to discuss details regarding a customer's order unless they specifically call it out on the forum.
Lets just say the matter will be closed by the end of today as the customer has responded to our PM already.

damn. this isnt what I wanted hear about what looks like a promising turbo kit. this thread is a few months old now and im not bumping it to start anything, but what is the situation? dose esmeril racing now carry authentic tail wastegates? if so id like to look more into getting one if these kits. seems the wastegate has been the only real issue from this kit.

As previous owner of Mazdaparts.com I thought I'd make a comment on this thread.
I am not going to make a comment on the character of the individuals/company in this thread I am simply going to post some facts and pictures related that I have. I may make a commentary but it won't be directed to any one specifically.
First off I used to keep all the flow testing sheets from injectors sold as many customers asked for a copy that they could keep for their records. It used to be organized and linked to customers but I no longer have access to that database, but I do have those sheets. So I've attached a copy of the flow chart that was most likely from the kit in question based on the date. MP also used to sell injectors directly (maybe they still do) and they would use the same suppliers and if I recall they would be drop shipped directly from RC in cali...so there was never any authenticity issues.
As for the wastegate...Tial sells/sold an MVS wastegate without water ports so that could be a source of confusion. I still have a Tial MVS from a kit I kept for myself from a customer who never made his final payment (anyone in Poland with an RX-8 who forgot they were buying a turbo kit please contact me :D) that I have yet to install. The wastegate is from around August, serial is SN12101347 feel free to call and check it out.
Often we would have customers who would receive their item a day or two late and post all over the forum how MP are criminals. A crazy example is the guy who partially installs a turbo kit, doesn't finish the oil lines and starts the car and destroys the Precision turbo...blames ER but wants MP to refund it. When that doesn't happen they go all over the forum to every thread they can posting defaming info...These crazy customers I jokingly referred to as Forum Terrorists.
Years ago cooler heads would prevail and the mods would get involved. When that stopped happening the forum lost a lot of great vendors...SFR to name one who had great products but no time for the bs. Eventually I took MP off the forum too...you would need a full time guy to watch the forum and provide factual info.
My advice in general to ER is you do not negotiate with a Forum Terrorist.
Hope to comment again soon...hopefully less than a few months or years from now! :D Also when did we get the zombie thing? cool!
/edit to upload better quality pic of the sheet
