I just wanted to publicly thank him for taking time out of his day to help another person. Talking on the phone gave myself insight and reassurance of what I need to do.

I rarely see people go out of their way to help someone else especially another vendor who barely even knows me.

Well, to add to this... a bunch of us in the Cleveland area have bought something from Charles Hill and no one had any complaints. Good guy
