yep, they're locking threads that shouldn't be locked. If a thread goes off topic, they can split threads into a new one. Killing the discussion seems counter productive for a forum.

now that im on the "other side" i would have to ask where this is coming from....from my perspective, the last one or two became pissing contests where there was no forward movement....as for Ep1dem1c's thread it looked like there was a resolve

Have you tried the resolution center in paypal? If he doesn't have a tracking number showing he sent it then they will make him refund the money to you

meant that a refund had been sent and a refund was received. is this not the case?
