You can apeal to Paypal.......I had a problem and it took a couple of weeks...and a lot of time on the phone with both Paypal and UPS to get things straightened out

Thank goodness the UPS delivery driver remembered the person who took the package

 

Yeah, guys with an AOL account like me ....

Et voilą, no money back because of no buyer protection.
