Possibly because of him getting charged paypal fees and the processing fee for converting. If you can get him to refund it and then you resend and you pay the processing fee I think he would be ok.

Have done this many times, I assume he doesnt have use for EURO's

Communication goes a long way in getting it resolved, hope you guys can straighten it out.

It's the sellers job to know how to sell. If he doesnt know Paypal has a fee than he better eat the loss, not try to get more money from the buyer, he did his part.

This is why:
1. I don't use paypal
2. I won't deal with a noob.

He's asking everyone to pay him via payment owed.
He knows what he's doing.
I got ripped. In claims with paypal. Same story. Exactly.
He had an earlier thread that he deleted.
Never got the item.
He stated in the paypal claim that I picked up the item and payed later via paypal.
I payed for product purchased, I am not that dumb.
But I am real dumb and should have known better.
Brice, I will be reaching out to you again.

I hate Kadir07 right now

The payment owed method sucks, especially since it's barely used at all here.
Their division isn't even that correct for our legal system so dealing with it is a pain in the *** should something like this happen.
We have already in talks with paypal about this anyway, they are pretty responsive.

Hi,
I followed the instructions and he claims...

After the Chad D. comment I hope that the forum admins avoid M. Kadir07 to delete or modify anything that can potentially be an evidence.

Sending money as payment owed means there's no paypal fees for the seller, and there's no buyer protection for the buyer..so don't use it unless you 100% trust the person.

Paypal buyer protection is so full of itself, they only protect ebay transactions. I have had my issues with paypal as well.

Don't buy from people with no rep unless you are willing to take the loss. I recently bought some fogs off a noob and I was hesitant but it was only $60.00. For anything over $100.00 I wouldn't take a risk unless the seller jumped through some hoops to make me feel right about the transaction.

I use U.S.P.S. Money Orders as a method of payment. Anything goes wrong, then it's a federal charge for fraud. Of course this only works within the boundaries of the US.

I was in a rush, and you know how decision making works when your rushed.
I was 99% going to RR, couldn't get red tomorrow, and tossed my money at the next best thing. FTL.
Now, I am behind more (time and money) because of that stupid mistake.
Hopefully more club members read this thread and learn.
I have a decent sellers rating, wtf am I doing dealing with this douchebag and his bag of douchbaggery?

Contact Paypal, just ask them for a refund as the sale never took place.

yeah, that'll change.

this is his dumb *** response to PP

The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. We haven't confirmed the tracking information yet but wanted to share it with you.

* Tracking number: personal
* Shipping company: Buyer picked up the intake.

I flew to kookamunga for an aem? I don't even know what state he lives in. wtf?

He apparently sold the same item twice then, lol.
Paypal is sketchy for us overseas anyway since the applied law doesn't fully match our system. It can be tricky in such situations.

Davide (Vcoil) already linked this thread to paypal so Chad you should do the same as a proof for an intended scam.

yeah, I payed for goods, which is why they are doing the tracking/shipping thing first.

Your good then -- you should be getting a refund anytime now there is nothing he can say or do....thats the exact reason why i always pay using the goods option.

Me as payment owed so...

Anyway Paypal do nothing...

Paypal confirm no transaction problems, so you received 273 bucks.
(Just a note: you admitted to received USD 223, you are requesting for additional 47, but 223 + 47 is 270 and not 250 as in this sale
[EDIT] Just a question: why did you accepted the transaction if the amount was not correct?)

So I offically (and here publicly) request to you:

option 1
you contact Paypal, refuse the payment for error and ask him to refund me of USD 273.
Or you transfer back this money on my paypal account with payment owed all fee at your charge. Means probably you'll pay USD 284 to be sure I receive 273 clean (Paypal allow you to verify the money I receive before sending the payment).

option 2
Send me the item this week.

Regards

wow, thats crazy. I inquired about his AEM intake as well. I think he was running 2 different sales on two different user accounts, Because i inquired on both and i think it was the same price and seemed like i was dealing with the same person both times. Luckily i didn't take the jump and try to buy one from him. Seemed pretty flaky to me.

Paypal verdict:
No info required to me.
The Scammer declared a pick-up.
Paypal said I'm wrong no money back.
Thanks and bye bye.
