autopartswarehouse SUCKS

REMEMBER i told you about autopartswarehouse.they suck
had a big problem with them this summer and they tried to rob me but my card company saw through them and credited my account.seriously hackers they are

really? my experience with them was really good actually. my EBC green stuff came in 2 or 4 days i believe.

i ordered borla exhaust and got someone elseses return.returned it and they said never got it back.lol funny **** was had fedex tracker and they still said never got it.after like 3 months my visa co.credited my card and also said had other problems with them.but im glad your all set.i wasnt so lucky.later

Where is the freakin customer service now-a-days?? I swear, is it worth a measly couple hundred dollars to get your name ran through the mud?? I can understand mistakes happen, but how a business corrects the mistakes and makes SURE the customer is happy is the end all be all in any buying situation. I have had numerous buying situations dealing with terrible customer service, i wonder if the "big dogs" in these businesses have any clue they have imcompetant morons working for them. Well, one thing for sure i will NOT buy from this company or any other i see in this section on this site.

if you still have the tracking number, you can go on the site and request a scan of the signature. Maybe you could at least make out a name and bust them (if they did get it)
