yes the 8 is more rare but it is only the 2nd year on the road. after a while you will see many more. not as many as a vette but i see alot more now than last year.

The only reason why I didn't get a used C5 Vette when I got my 8 was because I needed the space and insurance for me would have been $$$$$ (male under 25). Even tho I think that the interior is garbage in the C5--I would have lived with it if it was more practical.

I've never even considered a vette as an option for me because of the high insurance. I really feel for every vette owner on the road in Jersey--their insurance payments probably exceed their car payments!

it gets better gas mileage

my Z06 easily got 30 mpg @ 80 mph on the interstate

One good thing about the vette is that I have never seen it get turned into a rice rocket. Please don't prove me wrong by posting some retarded looking vette... I don't like throwing up.

My knowledge of American cars is just fine, as you know. One time you were talking about the Mustang Cobra. I got it mixed up with Mustang Mach 1 and then realized it. Big deal. It's a terrible car as far as engineering and build quality. Anyone who's actually seen them and driven them knows it. The chassis and handling dynamics, even if tightened up, are out of the stone age. Obviously, that's what happens when the starting point is full of compromises, as anyone knows. Thanks, Ike.

I guess you couldn't help but realize it once everyone was laughing at you because you thought the Cobra offerred an automatic transmission. Obviously you don't know anything about the car. It never ceases to amaze me how the departing RX-8 owners always have to anounce their new rides to the forum. Hope your happy with your muscle car but please find a new forum. Nice looking car though- Thank You

Not true, I could care less about someone elses personal preferences. It's unfortunate for them that they wasted so much money. Trading in a 1 year old car is not the brightest idea. Goes to show that people don't test drive cars before buying.
