Kind of wierd...As sickening as these posts are getting, I still always find myself reading everyones responses with interest. For the record, I love my 8 for what it is, and I also love the STI and even the regular WRX. I wish I could afford to have one of each. Maybe someday. The Subaru would come in real handy in winter.

youd own a rex and a sti at the same time? i would have only one of the two and use the other for money for a s2k, evo8, or 350z :D thats so unpractical and financially rediculous/retarded its unbelievable though...but i suppose if you're rich enough 3 low to mid 30k cars is just pocketchange

Gee, if this post represents the real you--infantile, arrogant and nasty--I sure wouldn't want to be you.

Stealth, you kinda made an *** of yourself, the guy I think meant he would want the 8 and either of the rex or sti. Calm down on the immature reactions and read or no one will take you as a serious poster. I think the wrx-sti is still a econo box upgrade but people buy it for what it is, the upgrades in the long term will show it is a factory upgrade of the cheap model, nothing different than if you bought the cheap one and did the upgrades on your own, will never recoupe a cent of the money. But you need to back off being a dick and let people love what they buy

Ummm need I remind you it's your Daddy's RX-8. Also as of 1 month ago you were 15 (funny how you removed your birthdate from your profile) without any job or income. So in short you probably don't have a drivers license, it's it's also up for debate if you've gotten your first pube. Seems to me these things lessen your credibility when speaking about the size of your *****, the merits of various cars, as well as giving someone financial advice.

hmm, besides your false comments about the subaru WRX(well, actually nevermind, not false, but your opinion that the cars are just factory upgrades of "the cheap model" that i disagree with)
where the hell was i dick in stopping people from loving what they buy? if anything i am the OPPOSITE, im always trying to shut up Ike trying to make people excited about their new RX-8s feel bad and am even trying to get people to lay of Ray(mr-s guy) as wild as it may seem.
show me my immature reactions and where people dont take me seriously

if anything it is YOU who needs an attitude adjustment and need to stop being so closed minded an immature with your subaru comments(which you are obviously misinformed of, in fact you're so wrong in stating "nothing different than if you bought the cheap one and did the upgrades on your own" that an intervention for you would be impossible, and once you can get a base econobox lancer and just "upgrade it to where its the same" please come back and show me that and how it would be more economical than buying a WRX or STi.

-edit-
in addition, go back and review my posts, you're so wrong its not even funny. i may not have a lot of credibility here but what i have is generally positive and show me where people dont take me seriously, you have almost no credibility and you're talking about people not taking me seriously...

Ike, you might want to take a look at the message he was replying to. If, after reading back a few messages, you can't see where you just made an *** out of yourself, then it'd probably be a good idea to stop putting in the extra hours at work or become a decaffinated coffee taster or something.

Ok maybe you didn't and I'm sorry for accusing you of removing it, but my points still stand. A whole 15, way to go Skippy!

Ellar, you might want to take a look because mine was in response to him calling out the guy that owned the STi and the RX-8 (Purple Helmet). You could be right and that's not who it was a response to but I'm not the only one to take it that way. It can get confusing around here with people calling both the WRX and the RX-8 rex. Regardless, for someone that can't drive a car he sure has a lot to say about things he has no clue about and gets a kick out of claiming he owns two rotaries...

BTW, I saw Scott's post and it's so moronic that it's not even worth a response from me.

ike, i even jumped the fence giving scott a reply.

and whether purple helmet wants to make bizzare comments on what cars he owns(or doesn't own, i have no idea if he's serious or not) is up to him if he wants to look weird/like an *******, i was messing with him and thats up to him to give a ****. not you.

and you're very assertive ike on predetermining the circumstances of the cars parked outside my house and what i own, dont own, what i drive, dont drive, etc. as far as i know you're out in effin' wisconsin 2,200 miles away and have NEVER spoken to me in real life or learned anything about my situation directly from me.

Look, you come on this site and talk all the time like the RX-8 is yours, we both know it's not. You're further blurring those lines with this post. Wake the hell up and realize you're a 15 year old kid that doesn't own a freaking car and even if you do it's not the RX-8, plus any other car you can't drive legally. You're critisizing someone for owning an RX-8 and an STi while you can't even drive and claim to own cars that are your daddy's...

well it kind of is considering i could drive it at discretion and he bought it for me, but i decided that i did not want to drive a 32,000 dollar car and muck it up for the first year or so of my driving, i bought another car and he takes it out every few weeks and enjoys it as a weekend car. im in a simular situation with Konig. i will take the title of ownership when i feel the need.

-edit-
i noticed AGAIN you fail to be able to read simple requests to relook my post, and you will see that i stated an opinion that I would not own both an sti and an rx8 at the same time. i never criticized or said "hey you're really retarded for having an rx8 and an sti at the same time" and you're accusing me of "critisizing" the guy for having both cars.
in addition, like i said, YOU DO NOT KNOW MY SITUATION OR MY FATHER OR I so stop talking out of your *** like you know what's going on, i dont care about insulting you or whatever but you seem to unjustifiably love to make rude comments often, and im starting to get tired of it. and in the end no matter what the situation is, why does it affect/hurt you? every single other person i've talked to could give a rats *** less.

To me this comes across as pretty insulting. Plus considering your situation of claiming to "own" two cars that you can't drive nor pay for, I think my vote goes to your dad for being the most "financially rediculous/retarded" in this situation.

Your insight on cars is about as useful as my 5 year old nephew's wine suggestions. But I am just stating my opinion

I promise to stop agruing with the 15 year old now :p

well, yeah if thats what you're talking about YES i do mean that in a hostile way becuase owning two of the SAME car(pretty much) is kind of retarded. he was speculating as well, he doesnt actually own a WRX, an STi and a s2000.

as for your comment about my "own" two cars and my dad....i have no idea what the hell you're saying. i'll tell you this i bought and paid for 100% my rx7 and am the owner, and i did not pay for most of the rx8 and will be the primary owner, so you can make your own conclusions based of that(seeing what you assumed is wrong) and your false stating i cant drive them, and you cannot prove it either. i took a drive about 10 minutes ago so you could draw your own conclusions about that again.

I own an STI and RX8. One used for winter, one for summer. Now why would anyone care about a 15 year old kid's opinion. He's not even close to being an adult yet, so he should be ignored and laughed at. Come on Ike, I know you are better then this. This kid is way behind you in life and in knowledge, so don't waste your time.

The fifteen year old is posting more like an adult than anyone here in this thread, including me.

well first of all, he obviously cares about me a lot because the original statement had nothing to do with him, and he decided to carry out a long winded arguement with me, in which he didn't even understand what i was saying, he's thinking im calling all people that own an STi and an RX-8 at the same time retarded, what i actually stated was that it would be pretty stupid to have a WRX and a STi at the same time(assuming you are the sole driver of both of them) and it would be a better idea to diversify, this was at a speculation of someones "if i was rich i would buy...etc etc etc) anyway so when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter, and besides that it never involved him, he just decided to be a rude ******* like he usually is and make some rude remarks. spend the time and go back a page and take a look for yourself.

Actually it's you that made the mistake, mjd meant he'd like to have a WRX or an STi and an RX-8. Perhaps he didn't make it 100% clear but if you just use some common sense it's simple to figure out what he was saying. Also if you could explain yourself clearly or had corrected the confusion early on this would not have been a problem. Hell simply quoting the post you were responding to would have avoided all this drama. It looked to me as well as others that your post was directed towards purple helmet, afterall the RX-8 is called rex on here from time to time.

How you're getting away with all these personal attacks is beyone me, you've managed to call a couple people ******** and other various names in this thread. You need to grow the hell up and learn to respect people that have more experience than you. Everything you know you learned from some magazine or internet forum, that doesn't mean dick to me nor most others on this forum.

It's quite obvious you entered this with an agenda. He was being conversational, one of the only people still posting halfway on-topic, and a couple of Subaretards start foaming at the mouth ranting about small penises and questioning whether he has an 8...think about that, genius - YOU don't have an 8, and YOU'RE HERE! He shared an admittedly poorly worded opinion that didn't say anything about what's in his garage or his age or anything, and you responded in the usual fashion when anybody invokes the holy name "STi". Good show.

No agenda, and there is a big difference between not owning an RX-8 and not even being able to drive nor afford a car. I don't expect for you to see how what he posted came off a personal attack since you seem to subscribe to the same school when being "conversational".

Unless someone wants to actually talk about cars, from here on out I'm done with this thread.
