Nothing like putting an unreliable engine in a British car, a perfect match! Seriously though a 20B Elise would be a blast, hell even a 13B turbo miata (I know of one for sale too)

You are smoking crack, a stock Exige S puts down 210 whp all day long. A stock RX-8 Renesis puts down 175 whp if you're lucky. The 2ZZGE and Renesis put out about equal power stock and the Toyota powerplant is a LOT more reliable. Plus Toyota and Lotus have had a long standing relationship. If anything I'd like to see the K20 or F20C in the Elise.
